I read a review about this brand stating their fish were in bad condition, hadn’t been eating, staying on the bottom of the tank and looked like they were about to die. He said he added this to his aquarium and they are healthy now.The reason I was searching is because my Glo Fish were fine but my 5yr. old Pleco hadn’t eaten in almost a month and was laying on the bottom of the tank or balancing on her nose like what I called “Doing the Titanic”. Totally thought she was a goner. The water seemed to have recently been treated with what smells like chlorine now that summer days are upon us as they do every year.But this year was different because algae wasn’t even growing, my live aquarium plants were suffering and the water was clearer than I had ever seen, my filter had absolutely nothing on it either. So I took my filter out to encourage algae to grow but still nothing.I vacuumed the gravel per usual, which was awful because the wafers weren’t getting eaten but was holding out hope.I used the last of my trusty water conditioner I’ve used over 20 years when replacing the first 10 gallons of water then used half a cap full for the last 5 gallons.Now when I say my Pleco came back is an understatement. By the next day or two she began eating her wafers again, swam around the tank searching for algae and is hanging on the glass again. I couldn’t believe it! I still can’t!It’s so nice to look at my tank every morning and see her healthy again and not having to wonder if today is the day. I am sticking with this brand from now on.The bottle is pretty big and I use less than with the other brand so it’s going to last a long time with water changes along with adding water to the tank.Read the directions, don’t use too much and enjoy your much happier fish!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I feel very confident with this conditioner as compared to the previous one I purchased. It doesn’t change the color of the water like the other one did. Works INSTANTLY. Has more benefits for my fish as well. They get scared when I change the water, and this time I used it they seemed more happy. 10/10 recommend.

Definitely a must have for shrimp i add a touch each time I add water to all my tanks way better than 5 different water treatment bottles ect. We lost power for 24 hrs i added bit to each tank used a bucket to circulate water knowing it was keeping ammonia gone was very comforting i won't use anything else anymore!

Provides a good balance to the detoxification of Aquarium Water. Conditions to necessary amounts of Nitrogen Chlorine Ammonia when required amounts are used.Good value for money. This products takes the place of 3+ in a good bottle size.Recommend for price size usage

I just expect to do 25% to 50% water changes once a week, as my Bio 5 gallon is active with live plants to a snail to bottom feeders to tetras to my prize Half moon Betta. Everyone seems okay with water exchanges, even the plants seem to cheer up and have started thriving. My Bio filter is getting put through a challenging pace. I use a master water tester kit to make sure. I would love to put full trust into a product; however, that would careless to do so. Taking the leap, I stopped all other API products being used. NAIL BITTER TRULY... Taking a risk on the out come and the lives of my aquarium. As would any good parent; go the extra mile to insure your child gets the best. Does what it says, although I would like to see product ingredient list. It couldn't hurt to actually follow instructions on bottle. I shake, I measure, I mix with 72 degree tap water, I pour into reservoir with IV tubing that allows slow exchange as to not interrupt or cause stress to fish. time total process; 10 min. Sit back and check on everybody, even Betta does his happy dance his colors have improve and I had always used API products before this ALL IN ONE. So am I a true believer?? Well, it's been a month since I started using the ALL IN ONE, my Betta is less agro' and his tail has recovered, my snail loves to move it move it, my plants have grown towards the light, my tetras are showing their true colors, and my bottom feeders come out to hunt more, even the frog has started to sing. SO???? Is it the Product?? Who can say, maybe it's just me taking more care and concern for lives other than my own. LOL. I'll let you be the judge.

I've had aquariums for years and have gone through the process of buying individual products to treat my tanks. I was looking for a more streamlined process and found this. OMG it's amazing. My fish are thriving, my water is thriving, it works quickly, and I can't imagine going back to having multiple different treatment bottles to measure out when I could just use this. I've been using this for months and am extremely happy with the status of all my freshwater tanks.
