Nice compact wallet with plenty of card slots + space for currency

Being over 70 years of age I've had plenty of wallets and this is one of the best. The leather is good quality with a nice finish and it's stitched together properly. I like the contrasting colours to the inside/outside on the version I chose. And it really does pack all those credit cards and remain 'slim', although it can be slow to prise out the cards in the 'less frequently used' pocket as they may 'bond' over time. The 'hidden' section is a useful feature at the price but the flap may not lie perfectly flat if you pack the wallet. It's expensive but I think it will last and stay smarter for longer compared to many other offerings. I enjoy using it and it has certainly slimmed down my cards and cash baggage. Recommended.

For the past year I have been using a slim cardholder and carrying cash and receipts etc loose in whichever pocket I could stuff them into, all rather untidy and messy!I came across the Bellroy brand when trying to look for a slim wallet. They had a lot of positive reviews, from the build quality down to the design and functionality. The Hide and Seek appealed to me as it had a few hidden compartments that are very James Bond esque!The wallet easily stores 7 cards without being very bulky, mainly down to a couple of larger slots where you can store more than one card together. very handy for storing rewards cards that are rarely used. It has a section to carry notes (unfolded) and also a 2nd section hidden under a leather flap. I used this to store a couple of £20 and £10 notes for emergency situations. There is also a semi hidden section that is perfect for storing receipts and a hidden cardholder under the leather flap, with the note section.Overall I am very happy with this wallet and how it can store a lot of notes, cards and bits of paper without becoming overly bulky. The only thing I would like is for it to be a tiny bit larger, as £20 notes just about fit, although sometimes poke out a little bit.

Been tempted by this for ages and finally pulled the trigger before my holiday and it was a great travel wallet aswell as a normal wallet. The leather is very nice quality.

I had been muddling along with a designer branded wallet that had become loose over time. All of my cards would fall out whenever I put the wallet down or took it out of my pocket. Added to that it was just plain bulky and left a large in my back pocket.I had seen ads online for the Bellroy range and saw that their pricing was toward the upper end. I wondered if the product was a result of slick advertising and nothing more or if there was substance behind the spin. Anyway, I decided to take a chance and treat myself and am delighted I did.The product is a revelation. It holds more cards, more securely in less space than my old wallet. It has plenty of space for European sized bank notes. It seems well-made and durable (though I've only had it for six weeks so far so I'll update if that's not the case in six months). It looks stylish and the orange thread makes for a pleasing contrast to the brown tone of the wallet itself.This would make a really delightful Christmas present for a gent you really like or a close relative.

I purchased a Bellroy for the first time when they came out a few years ago and never looked back. This is my 2nd one, unfortunately my first was stolen but after 4 years was still in perfect condition. This version is slightly larger than the one I had before but after a few days in the pocket you get used to it. This is a premium wallet and its apparent in the design, materials and functionality. Two hidden sections makes sure your notes and card will remain hidden. This is the best wallet you can buy, worth every pound.

I was intrigued by the description of this wallet but sadly, on arrival, the overall quality was very disappointing. It seems flimsy and light. The leather is thin and unimpressive. The card compartments are just slits, rather than individual separated pockets. The 'hidden' compartment at the back seems more like they forgot to stitch the leather down properly. Just a gimmick really. It just doesn't work for me, and particularly not at this price so, sadly, I have returned it immediately. Very disappointing.

The wallet is as advertised, slime and easy to use, the Hidden note area is a great idea, some time ago I wanted to slim down my wallet and went for a minimalist magnetic note clip with space for 2 cards, this worked for a while but I found I missed some cards and with more than a few notes it was clumsy - this gives me the best middle ground plenty of room for unfolded notes, room for cards and the hidden area. It is still slim enough for a back pocket, practical and well made.
