So happy with the quality and look of this desk! It arrived well packaged with no damage. Was easy to put together with good instructions.

I love how enormous this desk is! I've got two laptops, two mousepads, an extra monitor, a bed for my cat, and there's still plenty of room. I don't adjust the height often, but that works well. I appreciate that the top is a solid piece so there's no seams. Assembly was easy enough to do by myself in about an hour, but there were two spots where there should have been holes for screws, but they weren't there. Fortunately, I own a drill, so it wasn't a big problem for me. The first top had a crack in it, but I called customer service and they were very quick to send a new top and did not require that the cracked one be returned. A+ for the customer service team.

Well constructed. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Looks great. Used as sewing table so being able to adjust height is a great feature. Bamboo top with no seam is a must. Little to no wobble.

The desk is functioning as I expected, however, the screws to attach the controller are way too short, so I wasn't able to use them. I contacted the seller twice in November, and they told me that the replacement screws were sent or are going to be sent... It's April, and the controller is still hanging without being attached. (April 03, 2023: 1 star)Updated on May 1st, 2023:I had a positive experience with this company's customer service. I reached out to them through their website, and they responded promptly. After I provided them with photos, they sent me replacement screws without delay. I received the screws within a few days, which was very impressive. If you encounter similar issues, I recommend contacting the company directly.However, I had a negative experience with a representative I spoke to through Amazon. They informed me that the screws would be shipped directly from China and would take months to arrive, so I decided to wait. However, this turned out to be untrue, and I regret not contacting the company sooner.

My husband and I put this together last night. It came in two separate packages delivered at different times, but the seller made sure to let us know that ahead of time. I did write to them to get tracking on the second package because you one automatically get sent one of them. The desk was beautifully packaged and had no damage. I put the majority of the desk together myself with the simple tools they had provided. I did have to have my husband help attach the top of the desk with his drill - two holes were not pre-drilled and I didn't want to damage the gorgeous desktop. The sit/stand memory buttons are perfect (even a couple extra if you share a workspace) and the motor seems to be solid. Super quiet, fits perfectly in my space, and allows me to get movement during my workday (sitting is the new smoking).

After a few shipping issues (FedEx not the seller) I'm very pleased with the entire unit. FedEx had an issue delivering the unit and after 3 tries the seller agreed to recall the first unit and ship another unit, which arrive pretty quickly. Communication with customer service was very, very good. So the hardware was of course shipped separately from the very large and heavy top. I will say that this thing is very well built. The legs and support unit are very well made. The top, which I went for the 60" top was one piece and super smooth and well made. One thing about the packaging; I thought for sure the top would be damaged because if it's size and weight. The manufacturer did a great job by putting very heavy rubber supported corners on each end of the top to prevent damage. It arrived in perfect condition. The build instructions were very clear and easy to understand and all of the parts and tools were included. Can't say enough about this unit and the great customer service. I would absolutely recommend this unit and hope we get years of great use from it.

Desk is sturdy and the motor is pretty quiet. Was easy to assemble. I like that the desktop is a solid slab and not split down the middle like others here. Actual dimensions on the 48x24 desktop is 47 5/16 X 23 3/4.

TLDR: If you get the 24”D version, the predrilled holes in the desk top will leave you with a 1.5”-2.5” gap between the desk top and a wall because the desk legs are deeper. So if you care about that, consider measuring & drilling your own holes.I got the 63”x24” desk. If I had room for a 28”D desk, or if I wasn’t putting this desk against a wall, I would probably be leaving a 5 star review. The issue with the 24”D desk is that the legs are about 27”D. So if you attach them to the top using the manufacturer’s pre-drilled holes (without measuring first, because obviously), you’re left with min. 1.5” gap between the desk top and a wall. Add an inch or so for baseboards, and you’ll be left with a 2.5” gap as shown in my photos.My boyfriend thinks it’s not a big deal, but I think it looks bad. Not bad enough to return - I think the desk is very good quality, and technically there’s an easy fix if you know the issue ahead of time - but I’m annoyed because now I have to take this whole thing apart, drill a bunch of new holes, and re-assemble if I want to fix the problem.FWIW the actual assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. Again, the quality of the desk is nice. I just wish the legs matched the desk OR the pre drilled holes accommodated the legs OR there was some kind of forewarning about this.Also, I did contact Flexispot to see if maybe got the wrong legs. They responded almost immediately asking for my invoice info, but then never actually answered the question.
