Thuya Wood Large Moroccan Magic Puzzle Box - L15 W10 H8 Cm -

I wanted to give my son a gift of money for his 40th B/day but I wanted something unusual to git the money in. This box was brilliant, it came with instructions, which I handed over in the end but it was good fun to see him struggle to get into it without knowing which pieces of the box to move before it releases the key to unlock it :-) Great fun and it looks really nice.

It arrived well packaged wrapped inside in paper, took it apart to leave a gift inside of box and looking forward to seeing wife try open it ( I removed instructions) , I do wood work and really impressed with the lining up of pieces and overall finish of this piece, money well spent .

Well made. A nice small box, cleverly put together.

The box is quite well finished but certain aspects of the ‘secret opening’ part could be much improved - older equivalent boxes are are an example of how the box should be finished.

Very inpressed, bought as a gift, altought it ia smaller than expected the box itself is very well made and looks more expensive than it was, the puzzle is great not too simple not too hard.

The outside of the box looks nice when closed but the workmanship inside is shoddy. The hinges are poorly cut out and bent, the sides are chipped and you can see where the wood is overcut. There's 3 nails in the middle that have been poorly cut and the wood has badly marked in the process. For £35 it is definitely not worth the money.

Amazing product. Far better quality than I was expecting and difficult to solve even when you know how.It took the girlfriend 15 minutes to solve and she needed a lot of help.
