Fault in detector
Looks nice but for some reason batteries went dead have replaced them see how it goes

Dead on arrival
Ordered two, one worked the other did not. When brand new batteries fitted and test was pressed, the alarm could just be heard when unit was held close to the ear. Carrying out identical test with the other unit a very loud alarm could be heard. So, one out of two alarms actually functioned. In addition, the design is poor and the back very awkward to remove. Cheap rubbish.
