this is a very good lamp for many reasons. In my house, the kitchen/living room/entry, is open so half of it has lights and the other doesnt. I dont know why they did that to this house, and it was frustrating. I wanted/needed to have light in that area, and the lamp does the trick. It was easy to put up and the size is very nice. It functions amazing. I like that it has settings for different brightness settings etc. It was definitely worth my money, and if needed to I would buy it again!

This lamp is not only very easy to assemble it is stylish, gives out great light , reasonablely priced and the remote control is a life changer. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to others

The media could not be loaded. This lamp is mostly good and will serve the purpose we need it to as we remodel a house. It comes ready to assemble and is well packaged. Pluses: the base is well-weighted which is helpful; the floor button switch is nice unless you need this to go in a corner or behind a couch or chair; the remote is pretty cool in that you can change the quality of light for your preferences. (My video doesn’t show those changes that well but enough to give you an idea of how it works.); comes with a light bulb and remote batteries.Cons: be patient screwing the pole pieces together. Once assembled, it’s fine but it would be very easy to get things crooked and strip the threads; I have never had to make my own lampshade before - the clips are just glued on so be sure you have that top ring the right direction (indent down) because I didn’t and popped a clip off when correcting my mistake; the fabric edges of the shade need loose threads trimmed; if the pole is hard to get together, be sure to gently but firmly pull the cord out at the bottom to take up the excess.Overall, a nice lamp for a spare room or kid’s room.

Great lamp for the price. Easy to assemble. No tools needed. It was to be used in a senior assisted living apartment. Great light presets make is super simple to change from reading to other softer setting. Plus it brightens and dims too. Remote is magnetic and sticks to lamp. Also have floor button.Glad to have this with limited soace it's perfect. Out of the way.

I love everything about this lamp; it is the perfect Height and the shade swivels side to side to direct the light. The Remote is awesome, it is magnetic so I can hang it up on the lamp pole right beside me, now I’m not looking for the remote all the time. It has a on/off button attached to the cord; you can tap it with your foot to turn it on. We don’t use that very much because it’s tucked behind the table, but it’s a great feature to have.I love how the remote has the five modes settings with preset light temp color & intensity. The setting are:The K has 4 temperatures of color.The Moon for a nightlight type of light.The Bottle for being up for late night baby feedings.The Computer (that I use a lot) it’s the perfect temperature for working with the light of a computer screen.The Book that provides a great light source for reading.At the top of the remote, you can alter the Intensity & Temperature of any mode. It also has a 1 hr timer button.My son fell in love with it & bought one for his home.Thanks for all the thought put into this lamp!!

In my opinion this floor lamp, BoostArea Model No. B1361/B1362/B1367/B1368, is of unusually poor quality. Assembled the lamp per the instruction sheet. The upright lamp pole comes in six parts of about 10 inch lengths and is very small in diameter, the same size diameter as a 3/4 inch copper pipe. The six pieces are to be screwed together to form the lamp pole. The threaded couplings used to connect the pieces are loose in the pipe and do not stay together.The lamp shade is a flat strip of fabric that must be formed into a cylinder shape and then held together with a Velcro strip. This arrangement is then attached to two circular hoops using plastic clips installed on flat strip fabric. Some of the clips are loose on the fabric. While one hoop was in a perfectly circular shape the other was bent slightly and not at all round. I was able to straighten it enough to make it work. The lamp shade will not hang straight down from the lamp as pictured.Once fully assembled, the lamp will not stand up straight on either hard floor or carpet. It does not lean in the direction of the lamp shade but in a different direction. No amount of adjusting will cause it to stand straight. This creates a hazard should the lamp fall over when nobody is around to notice.One notable feature not to be overlooked is the remote control Very nice feature! Works well and performed better than described. Really nice!In my opinion the lamp was designed to facilitate shipping first and customer consideration a second thought. As proof and support of my opinion, the lamp comes shipped in a box measuring 12 1/4 inches by 12 7/8 inches by 6 1/2 inches. The cardboard box came in good condition but the Styrofoam shipping frame inside the box was pretty much destroyed. The tape holding it together makes me think it was damaged at the factory. The bent lampshade hoop was probably the result of the damaged Styrofoam shipping insert.Be it damaged in shipment, just a lemon copy or be it overall poor quality, the lamp is going back to Amazon. I do not recommend this floor lamp to anyone for any use whatsoever. It goes back!
