This machine is outstanding for the price. It is refurbished but looks and works just like new. The best part if this laptop is the display. 1080p Full HD, outstanding color, makes my samsung monitor look like crap, it is very crisp and fairly bright. Outdoor use should be fine but I would suggest getting an anti glare screen glass or sticker to go on top of it to reduce glare, since it is a full glass touchscreen, which works great. The screen size is 14.1 inches which is a nice big screen while still maintaining a fairly portable design. The processor is a 12th gen 2.50 Ghz i5 and works great, not to worry about any compatibility issues with windows. The CPU fan can get a bit loud but at least the CPU doesn't have to downclock in order to cooldown unlike most laptops with fanless designs. The integrated intel UHD graphics are awesome too, with 4GB of video memory! There is an opportunity to do some light gaming, and it handles photo/video editing quite nicely. The SSD is very fast so uploading and downloading files is very quick. The USB-C port is awesome for charging your phone, connecting to a bunch of accessories through a hub, video output, and charging! The battery life is ok, gets around 10 hours which gets me through the day but I usually have to throw it on the charger when I get home. I don't really use the speakers much but when I do they sound pretty good, they use a realtek audio driver and THX. I would recommend this to people with a decent amount of workload that need a laptop with some decent performance who are on a budget and need something better than a celeron or i3 laptop. (students, educators, personal use)

This laptop came in mint condition and runs smoothly and quickly. The laptop was a gift for my wife and she loves it. She has been using an eight year old Toshiba and this laptop was a terrific upgrade. It runs without any issues and the touchscreen and HD screen resolution are great. I was impressed with the price, as it was worth more, in my opinion, but I will not complain as it is working really well.

Honestly, I will never buy a computer on amazon again. It said "Reviewed" or "Inspected by experts" or something, but if that's true - those have got to be the worst experts of any product. The first 3 or so days - it was great! Super fast, worked well - everything was fantastic! At the end of the first week, it started booting up with the "Preparing Automatic Repairs," screen. I had never even seen that, until I bought my husband's computer - also from Amazon. I learned how to get past that screen, but it's booted up in that mode about 6 or 7 times since then. I've had this computer for about a month and a half. It randomly freezes, shuts down pages, boots up in the "Preparing Automatic Repairs," mode, and has audio issues. I got rid of my old computer, because I was SURE this one would be better for my work - which, by the way, is ALL online. This computer has more issues than it's worth. I will be buying a BRAND NEW computer on black Friday, but not on Amazon. I will never make that mistake again.

I use this laptop for editing photos, videos and podcasts. It does all these things very well. You won't be disappointed.

Great laptop. Works well, looks brand new. Touch screen is a plus. Only thing is the keyboard has no back light.

Worst charger ever! Got this laptop in August it couldn’t even last till November. There is no information about the charger anywhere I have bought so so many chargers and I can’t find a single one that fits it right. It’s so annoying having to buy and return these packages because there is not enough information given to you. Bad product and charger broke randomly it just stopped working one day.

We have bought two of these - daughter has had hers for six months, and wife has had hers two months. Both operating flawlessly.
