Excellent source of power and energy. Think in the terms of torque and horsepower. Your strength level will go up along with your ability to do more reps. I'm 55 and defibrillator feel the difference. Even tried a more expensive brand to see of it was placebo and it did nothing. Even had a couple friends try it and got the same response.

Gross but worth it
6 pills a day was a struggle, and the pills aren't exactly an enticing flavor, but they did seem to help improve my iron levels and thus my blood supply
