Since she is a picky eater, we have to pack lunch for her, and this thermos has been a game-changer. This is a very pretty container, but it’s damn near possible to open.

I am so disappointed with this product. I am very disappointed. I bought 2 total items since both my other half and I work law enforcement and miss having a hot cooked meal without the aid of a microwave or oven. Only one has been attempted to be used but unfortunately it let my partner down when the container chose to lock up so tight that the food is Still STUCK IN THE CONTAINER!THINGS THAT DID NOT WORK:*Slightly tapping it*Running it under hot/warm water (paint started flaking off)*Trying to get a death grip with (white) knucklesDaCool has been proven to not be that cool after all and I have no choice but to give it a thumbs down and request my money back. It actually breaks my heart to say that but it is true. This product can get a 5***** in the future if redesigned to have a handle grip to help aid in turning the cap and supporting the grip so it can be opened. I would not want to think if my child would've had this product at school for lunch and not been able to eat lunch. As it stands only one of us adults missed lunch while working SHIFT WORK at a correctional facility but survived the night shift on snacks and other junk. This product needs to be refunded and someone tell me if there is something else like this so we can have hot food when STUCK at work with no microwaves or refrigerators.By the way my review is late because along with my order came a special uninvited guess of COVID so I've been in hell and just recovering. I don't know if the two have anything to do with each other I just know that's why I didn't get to cook and have leftovers to use the product personally. My partner fell ill few days later
