It was very easy to take but I did feel some discomfort, I'm not sure if that is normal and that's the cleaning process?. I guess it will take some time to actually know what it does over all. The first couple of days just were not so pleasant. From everything I read the ingredients are good for you. So time will tell since it's only been over a week.

I purchased this product because the other liver support product was no longer available. I took it for over a month and realized I had significant nausea and stomach upset from the day that I began taking it. I got another one while we were away on vacation and wanted to return it but I am unable to do so.
