I wanted to share my experience with this senior phone that's been a game-changer for me. It's straightforward and tough, just what I needed.1. Tough and DurableThis phone doesn't mind being dropped, and it's even waterproof. It's held up well against my occasional slips and spills.2. Works Well with My Hearing AidI wear a hearing aid, and this phone actually works well with it. I can hear calls clearly without any hassle.3. SOS Button - Safety FirstThe SOS button is a lifesaver. I feel more secure knowing I can quickly ask for help if I need it.4. Easy Fast DialingI love how simple it is to call my family and friends. It's just a few buttons, and I'm connected.5. Loud Speaker, Clear SoundThe speaker is loud and clear, so I don't miss important calls, even in noisy places.6. Big Buttons, Clear ScreenThe buttons are easy to see and press, and the screen is clear. No complicated stuff. This senior phone has made life simpler for me:It's tough and water-resistant.It works well with my hearing aid.The SOS button is a reassuring feature.Fast dialing is a breeze. The speaker is loud and clear. The buttons and screen are easy to use.In short, this phone is THE BEST. Very Large, Very Loud, Very Low Tech
Had this for a couple of days, and it is the Best Thing Ever. This was a gift for a Very Paranoid Person who has been unable to use a smartphone without going into a complete meltdown about who, or what, might be spying on him or reprogramming his phone. This phone has no internet. No apps. No way for him to get into the OS and worry about whether it's been modified. It does phone calls, text, FM radio, and it can take (not great, but adequate) pictures. The interface is perfectly usable for old people like us who had flip phones long long ago. While you can send texts, it takes longer than using an on-screen keyboard.Sound quality on the calls is very good so far--much better than any of his previous smartphones, even some rather high end phones. This is absolutely fantastic. It has been months since I talked to Very Paranoid Person without having a running commentary on why his smartphone is possessed. On this phone, it's Just a Normal Phone Call.Checked the bands before I purchased this to make sure it would work on US TMobile 4G bands to avoid any connectivity issues.Negatives are few thus far. To remove the battery, you do have to unscrew the back of the case, and the screw on this one is somewhat sticky. I worry that it will cross-thread if the case back is removed too often. The phone itself is quite large and it looks and feels very much like a toy cell phone. So it's not an elegant tactile experience. But it seems quite sturdy. The keys are hilariously loud (also much like a toy cell phone)-- but you can turn this off so they do not BOOP BOOP BOOP constantly.Honestly, even if this craps out in a few months, I will stand in line to buy another one.

Really wanted to like this, but…
The media could not be loaded. It is defective and/or poorly designed. Looks and feels good, has some nifty features, but user interface is way below par even (especially?) for low tech.Incoming calls randomly go straight to voicemail. When an incoming call *does* try to connect, it should ring but this phone just vibrates. There is no setting to adjust this basic function. Volume control also does not work, so the blippy sound it makes when opened or closed is super loud. Made my whole office laugh, so that’s an upside I guess. The blippy sound can be turned off, but if you want it on at all, it’s going to be LOUD.Lastly, if we could get past the above issues (we can’t), tiny notifications appear when phone is opened, and user can’t dial out until they are dismissed, even when using speed dial. There is no way to disable notifications all together, so this makes it useless for some users, especially elderly who are trying very hard to learn a new gadget that may be their main link to the outside world.I won’t bother mentioning the features I liked since the cons made them moot.I’m sad this was such a bummer buy. I was really ready to like it. And my 88 year old momma agrees.

CAUTION - SIM CARD INSTALLATION - CAUTION
After posting a negative review the seller reached and advised I would be receiving a full refund. I learned the hard way that the cover on the SIM card slot slid forward and hinged upward to allow easy access to install the SIM card.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Reordered a replacement for the unit I damaged."Original Review Below"||\|/I have swapped SIM cards on multiple devices over the years. While sliding the sim card into slot it jammed. Went to local T-Mobile store and they were also unable to insert or remove the jammed SIM card.I have a pair of precision tweezers for models and electronics, while attempting to remove the jammed SIM card with the tweezers, the metal cover of the SIM card receptacle slot flew off and the contacts had been broken off from trying to push the SIM card into position. After damaging the phone's SIM card tray I discovered the top cover would "slide" and pivot upward to allow SIM card placement.I broke it so I will not be returning the phone ... Documentation was a total waste of the trees used to make the paper. Discovered by accident how to power on the phone, not mentioned in the "documentation".The phone looks to have all the functions needed by my 89 year old dad, large buttons and minimal "extra" functions.
