This is overall very heavy duty and seems well made...except for the pot filler/faucet spout.It is metal, but it's so thin I originally thought it was ABS.And while the aerator is removable, it isn't a common size. It's 13/16". I needed to go to several plumbing outlets to locate it. Home Depot or Lowes didn't carry it and after the third plumbing store, I located it an Ace Hardware of all places.Other than that, it's really well made and there were no surprises in installation. The water flow is great and the pressure from the hose is fantastic.If I had any suggestions, it'd be that the aerator is a more common size and thread and the manufacturer had a selection of different and sturdier spout available.Update: One year on. It's still doing great. The only issue that I've encountered is the sprayer valve wouldn't release when the handle was. It'd continue spraying for several seconds as but valve wouldn't pop back into the "off position"The solution was very simple. Disassemble the valve and lubricate the valve stem and seal with silicone grease. Once that was done and flushed out, it was like new again. took all of 4 minutes and required only a wrench to remove it from the handle (20mm?) and a slotted screwdriver to remove the valve from the valve body.This easily maintains it's rating.

The media could not be loaded. Installed the faucet in November of 2018, and I have never been happier with a kitchen faucet as I have with this one.The flow of water is great, I can fill a gallon container in about 15 seconds and it's not even on full blast.It's sturdy and held up well with teenagers. Those that have or had teenagers know what I'm saying.The directions are to be desired, but take a little time to go over them before you start and it will go smoothly. It took longer to take the existing one out than it took to install this one.Having the faucet up higher than the ones you buy in the big box stores is far more useful in filling a container and rinsing them, than just flowing into a corner.The sprayer took a little getting used to as the pressure really sprays.One of the biggest selling features is the price. The big box stores can't even touch it for the price.I have recommended it to my family and friends.

Installed this faucet and love it. It is heavy duty, high pressure and beautiful to look at. There were two problems on installation both of which I was able to resolve. First, the faucet is not designed for counters of 3/4" or more thickness. I had to replace the bottom fittings with 3" brass 1/2" fittings, with a bit of trouble finding fittings with matching threads. The second thing was that I had to double up on most of the washers [probably ten or so!] The good thing was that extra washers came with the unit. Overall I am pleased with the result

Loved it at first. Have gone through 2 of them in 6 years time. The sprayer nozzle gets stuck and will not release the handle for a few seconds. But now it won’t release at all. Have water spraying from both the sprayer and the faucet. Tried pulling it apart and cleaning it out but still won’t stop. At this price I can’t be buying one every 2-3 years. Shouldn’t have to be replacing it this soon again.

The sprayer doesn’t reach even to the top of sink, damn thing has started leaking from sprayer, now drips from faucet neck, I’m a bit disappointed after 5-6 months use, purchased last May had to wait to install, drilled wholes in granite counter top to accommodate this debacle. A lot of rubber seals, washers and some tiny moving parts, had a professional plumber deal with it.The thing looks great, just wish it functioned properly. Not sure if I got a lemon and just need to exchange it , or is it to late? Worked in a restaurant back in college, wanted a dependable, functioning good looking faucet, similar, ooops .Update:Imlezon representative after voicing my concerns are, I believe sending me another complete gasket, washer kit and longer hose extension, they quickly responded, look forward to fixing this, will gladly give five stars when it arrives and fixed.(Smiles) at customer Service, replaced hose with a longer hose, very courteous very grateful changed to five stars

Bought this faucet in 2020 - the cold water side started vibrating about a year in - loudly until you turn it on full blast (not air knocking - we bled the lines, replaced washers, etc.) . The hot has now started doing this. We think we need to replace the whole cartridge - but not sure the specific model to buy. Help!

Sturdy and impressively substantial for what I paid. Fixture went in easily and instructions were clear and concise. Wife loves the almost insectile look of this industrial design and the pressure from both the sprayer and the tap is robust. Really well packaged in foam so no risk of shipping damage, and the chrome finish is flawless. I make threads for a living, for over a decade in an industry where items cost obscene amounts of money, and i'm honestly really happy with the quality of this assembly for what it cost. Hope it will hold up well. They have included replacement grommets for almost every mating part in this assembly. Only just finished install at time of this review. Now the rest of the kitchen looks overdue for an update next to this faucet.

Had a difficult time finding a sprayer that met my two hole sink needs. Luckily what was my only option was exactly what I needed. Expertly packaged, the faucet took roughly 30 minutes to install if you do not count the removal of the old faucet or alterations I had to make due to my particular setup.The only complaint I have is that the wall support bar holding the vertical portion of the faucet does not come in adjustable sizes and as such I was not able to use mine. The wall support also seems to hold the vertical portion in position not letting it spin when the faucet is turned from sink to sink. Without this, my middle bar does rotate a bit but I have not seen any leaking.
