Works ok but get your size. I went 1 size bigger than my normal size and it worked but not as supportive. I did not want to be too compressed but that was a mistake. It does not overheat you and it is flattering. Stretchy but firm and really does not feel like you have anything on (IOW, you are not feeling like you are being squeezed to death).

This is a very well made compression shirt. I contacted the seller because I purchased the wrong size. He responded back to me very quickly and sent me the correct size I needed. I have to say you won’t be disappointed with the seller. The shirt is very nice and works perfectly for my husband. This seller deserves the 5 star rating. I highly recommend!

I requested a refund and they said I didn't have to return the product but then they never gave me my refund. Amazon says they did but I confirmed with my bank that I never received it. Very frustrating to pay for a product that doesn't fit or work and not be able to get your money back.Edit: The seller contacted me and sent another one that actually fit. The product itself is good so I've changed my rating.

First off, it works as advertised, and I'm very happy with that. But the main reason for the 5 stars, is because of the wonderful customer service.I had ordered a size medium even though I was borderline large because I wanted it to fit tight. Well it was so tight that I couldn't even get it on. I contacted Esteem Apparel and was told that they would send a larger size right away no charge, and that there was no need to send back the medium.So carefully order your proper size, and be assured that it will be tight enough. I would definitely order this compression shirt again.

Wore it for 10h running around. It's comfortable and didn't irritate or anything. By end of shift it bunched up a little at the bottom given I had like 12" below waist. I attribute that to putting it on the first time in a rush. You won't see crazy 6 pack but I went down a size and it definitely hides the Moobs.

Tighter on the bottom than the upper part, which is important if your main concern is Gynecomastia. It hides the man boobs, but it can be better.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Excellent Product and the seller was so gracious. even after one size didn't fit properly, he sent me a replacement free of charge. I greatly appreciate that. Would absolutely recommend the product

Very happy with this. I’m 6’3, 220 lbs and the size chart was accurate for me. This shirt really brought back confidence for me. I’ve been wearing shirt sleeve shirts now and have gotten compliments from people, saying how fit I look. It’s really helped me feel better about myself. I highly recommend.
