My younger kitten, already waiting like a furry gremlin, had the bag ripped open in a time span that made me question the laws of physics.In the 15 steps it took for me to reach the kitchen, the job was done. The bag was open. The minnows were being inhaled. And me? I made the mistake of trying to intervene.That's when my younger kitten unlocked their final form: Feral Flash™. I reached for the bag and suddenly — BAM — a blur of paws, a flurry of crunches, and then… silence. I bought the minnows for my 10 month old kitten. I wanted these to fulfill his needs for his hunting instincts and play. I toss one over, he darts to chase it. He'll play with it and chew it, then devour the rest. Very crunchy, but he loves it! He's very energetic and playful, so this is a perfect addition for his routine. I tried to feed some to our 2 other adult cats, but they showed no interest. So keep in mind that this may not be for every kitty! But overall, great healthy treats for cats!

Just got these. For anyone wondering, they are real organs. They were way too big for my kitten, so I had to chop them up. He really loves freeze dried treats (I use them as toppers for his food). He loves his minnows and he absolutely loved this. I did have to cut them up. I did it with my hands, though, and they are a bit wet on the inside, so I suggest cutting them with a knife. The only downside is the bag is really small and there aren't many inside - but I found the bigger bag for the dog treats is exactly the same and worth the cost. We have a corgi too, so I'll have to see if he likes them as well when the rest of my family are back from camping. I like to get treats they can share.

My cat is a fiend for these. I've never seen him so feral when I get the bag out to feed him one. He will carry the empty package around the house, demanding more. I thought it would be gross to handle freeze-dried fish, but these were okay. They came well packaged and were very crunchy. When my cat has a choice between these and other treats, he will pick this one.

1 out of my 5 loved the minnows! I have 2 kittens going to new homes ( 1 of those is the one that **loves** the minnows) and 3 adult cats. The 1 kitten is crazy about them! The rest (1 kitten and 3 adults) are not too sure... I would reccomend these as long as A) it's affordable to you. Or B) you have a friend/family/neighbor to give them as a 'kitty present' *just* in case your own kitty doesn't take to them. If they do, you won't be disappointed! I think its worth the try to be honest. I just held them and used my thumb nail to break them into 1/3 or 1/4 (depending on size). Unless your kitty is fully grown and sorta wild, I would reccomend breaking them up. Plus it releases a different smell that may entice them. I gave a 4 star because it's my first night trying them and the reaction that we recieved from the 1 kitten was well worth the money! Who knows.. the others may beg for them tomorrow!

I love this product and my cat loves it even more! It’s dried but not too much so it still has an appetizing aroma to my kitty. Our boy has FELV and these little toppers help him eat all of his meals when his appetite is not at its best. We just tear it into smaller pieces and add it to his food. Very easy to store and use.

This brand of treats is superior to other brands, including the economy pack I bought at my local pet store. Somehow this brand makes the minnow tender rather than chewy and sinuous. But the most important factor for my picky kitties is the flavor. These must smell better too because they don't reject them like they reject bulk bags of dried minnows. It's definitely a premium product and my cats seem to know it!

only treat my cat has ever gone crazy for and i feel even better feeding them to him knowing there's only one ingredient, freeze dried duck liver. this is the first treat i have found that i know i will have to keep stocked at the house lol. i love the smell, they smell exactly how you think they would. i have tried a piece, and it tasted exactly like how it should- like liver. cannot recommend enough to picky-cat owners as my kitty has never once turned down a piece. i do have to say though, i wish there was a bigger bag size available and i do wish the pieces were bigger. as you get towards the end of the bag there are lots of crumbles and dust, which is why i unfortunately cannot rate this product a 5/5 despite how much i love it. overall, great product.
