I love love love love love this B Complex. I have been taking it for years. I love taking my vitamins and supplements as I have figured out my diet doesn't provide everything my body needs to work at it's optimum function. When friends as what vitamins and supplements they should take and I always recommend them this particular B Complex as the main one. If I had to only choose one vitamin/ supplement this would be the one. It makes me feel great and helps with my energy levels. It says to take 2 at once but I take one when I wake up and one at lunch. My energy is stable till about dinner time.I do have one complaint in the years of taking it this last bottle smells like fish. They always have a weird almost like cigarette butt smell, which I am used to, but knowing the smell can come out in your urine and sweat and being a female that is not cool. :) I really hope my next bottle is back to normal because I love this stuff and don't want to have to find another B Complex that works for me.

Decided to try B-complex after learning it might help PCOS symptoms or insulin resistance.My mood is definitely better and I don't feel bloated. I work in child-care in the afternoons and I tend to run on fumes by then. I moticed I have a 'Second-wind' now and I'm more energetic. Wouldn't hurt to try this supplement!

Arrived quickly. The directions say to take to take two capsules a day I have only started with one, testing my system. Even with the one capsule I feel some improvement in my energy. I’m hoping I continue to see improvement.

I ordered these last night and had them this morning. Shout out to Prime. Package came not damaged and bottle sealed. The pill is kinda big but easy to swallow. I’ll come back to update once I finish the bottle.

Doesn’t bother my stomach you take recommended two. I feel like I’m not so tired and more energy, I sleep at night, a good price, and lot different B vitamins! I don’t notice an after taste. Size is big try to drink ample water and both willgo down easily.

I was taking one or two of the B vitamins group and decided why not include all of them. I do seem to have a little more energy which at my age isn't saying much. I did stop taking them for a little bit and do think I noticed less energy, might be real or imagined, hard to tell. I restarted them.

Seems to be an excellent product, and great value for the money. Highly recommended.
