Cute
It's cute. We've had it for several months and it's still going strong. It's not very bright. While you could maybe read by it, it probably wouldn't be good for your eyes. More for mood lighting.

Life span
I didn't know when I ordered but you can power this with batteries or plug into USB. With batteries they light dimmed pretty quick but it was on all night for several days. Plug into the wall and it's bright again. It's been in use every night for the last 3 weeks or so and still works great

Doesnt last
I wish I could get a refund. Or at least one of this item that actually lasts. After less than a week it became dull and light was nonexistent. It made me sad.
