Impressed
Received it today.. and I normally don't do reviews but I have to this time.. the packaging was so organized, instructions so easy to follow and assembly so simple and well done. It took less than 30 min to go from unboxing to done.. I amnsobexcited for this chair.. great quality .. sturdy...

Awesome value.
Was able to get this chair for a pretty great deal when it was on sale. For what I paid I am more than pleased. Everything feels high quality I’m 5’9 150 pounds and it’s by far the most comfortable chair I’ve owned. Only downside as others have included is the squeeking that comes from the pivoting lumbar support.

Awesome lumbar support
I tried this chair out in office depot. The cost was double the price in the store. This chair is an awesome affordable office/gaming chair.

A comfortable chair for the price, but the squeaking will drive you crazy.

High back and lumbar support are excellent
Love the high back as a 6'3" user. The chair is very sturdy even for someone of my height and 210 lb weight. And the lumbar support is awesome as well. Love that it shifts with you. I did buy a seat cushion for it since I was used to the cushion of my old chair but outside of that it was a complete upgrade of my last chair.

Return was too difficult and time consuming
Great chair however it arrived too late and we ended up having to purchase a chair elsewhere. When it came to returning the chair...it sat outside for a couple days and was never picked up like instructed. The chair had to be transported to shipment location and this was all after too much communication back and forth. Chair was great and customer service/return process not up to par.

Amazing chair
I originally found this chair in the store but did not want to pay the price in the store, found three sellers here on Amazon, added them all to my cart and would occasionally check the prices. Price came down about $200 and I snagged it up. It was very easy to put it together and have no regrets. It’s great for my back, and as mentioned in other reviews great for tall people. I am 5’11.
