Comp-Tac International OWB Holster for IDPA/USPSA Competition and EDC | Comes with Belt Mount, Paddle Mount, and Drop Offset

I use this OWB holster paddle for IDPA, range and EDC for a Walther PPQ M2 4", about three times a week for about 7 months now. It clips on/off easily and stays on firm. The side view shows the paddle will accomodate a pretty wide belt. The belt I use is Amazon's True Spec 1 3/4 inch which is great for everyday wear and fits my pants, although it's less thick / rigid than a pure competition belt. I should file down the break off tabs by 1/4" as the paddle comes set for a 1.5" belt but it works well and is so snug so I have not bothered (and I do have 1.5" belts). The holster is semi closed end, from the straight on photo you can see there is good sight clearance, the photo shows clearance for a Trijicon P99/PPQ HD Night Sight from Amazon (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IUB0PAG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Adjusting the set screws so it holds securely yet draws nicely was pretty easy. I'd buy it again.

I've been looking for a new competition holster that wouldn't break the bank. I'd heard of Comp-Tac and seen their banners at various competitions, but I'd never come across one of their holsters until I found it right here on Amazon. Mine arrived today. First thing I did was open the box and give the holster a thorough look over. the fit and finish are impressive and the materials seem to be really good quality. Next, I went to the safe and took out my pistol and put it into the holster. It was the most perfect fit, right out of the box I've ever experienced. The retention is perfect and the draw is too. Most importantly, for me, the holster was very well designed for safety. No part of the trigger or mag release is exposed at all. I am absolutely impressed, and they even included a total of 3 different mounting options with the holster. I can't wait to get out to my club and do some training with this rig. I have a Comp-Tac holster for every handgun I own. The quality is top-notch and each one has been perfect. I always choose the International holster but their other models are great too. I like the fact that they actually care about lefty shooters and always offer a left-handed version of their holsters, plus the adjustable cant is a great option. They even include a separate mounting clip with the holster. I've tried Safariland, Uncle Mike's, and Blackhawk holsters, but Comp-Tac is what I prefer and I've sold all my other holsters. One other great feature with these Comp-Tacs is that they mold the model of the pistol into the face of the holster so you can see what you're reaching for without pulling weapons out of their holsters.And I'll also mention the top-notch customer service. I actually ordered the wrong holster before I purchased this. I selected the wrong version of the Springfield XD when I placed the order, but Comp-Tac was great with helping me get it returned and finding the correct product.I recommend Comp-Tac for anyone looking for excellent holsters at great prices. I'll always have one on my pistols.

Holster came installed with the belt slide through fitting. The holster by itself is a really good bargain, good fit and function and even fits both my CZ SP01 and my CZ 75 PCR. Nice retention , overall great. BUT it comes with a paddle option that I could not even try out because the hard to reach screws to take off the sidecar attainment are made of thin cheap metal. I’d have to break the holster to take them off. So what you get is good but if you’re trying to swap between the attachments , good luck.

This holster is exactly what I was looking for. The variety of different mounts are bonus, but I am only interested in mounting it to my daily carry belt. The belt I use is a very thick garrison style 2 inch belt, and the clip provided fit snugly. The retention is fully adjustable. The trigger guard is completed covered by the holster for safety. Cut away has enough clearance for even bigger and longer optics. In my case, it worked great for RMR. Drawing from the holster is very smooth. It can be mounted to different tile as well. There is nothing binding on the holster at all. I did a few matches with the holster, and it worked well through some light jogging of 3 gun courses. I even did some jumps and rolls, and nothing came loose. Overall very happy with the holster. It is also IDPA compliant.

This is clearly not a carry holster, people are complaining about comfort. Comp Tac makes a CCW holster, and this is not it. And yes, almost all Kydex holsters do wear on a guns finish, that's the price you pay for a faster draw.I'm using this for it's intended use: range/competition. With both of my S&W M&P M2.0 5" and 4.25" pistols, the drop offset is awesome and the holster is fast with a positive "click" when you insert the pistol. I like this better than my Wilson Combat and Galco holsters. The cant is very adjustable but I have found the straight up and down position to be perfect for my draw. I am running this on a 1.5" nylon belt and there is no unwanted flex, just solid affirmative action. Pretty awesome. Clears a trijicon SRO just fine and the trigger guard is completely covered which is always a plus. Looks nice too.

The quality of this holster is excellent. Fit is perfect. Adjustment for retention is excellent. I will purchase the same make holster for a different IDPA purposed firearm.

Great holster easy to mount and to remove the weapon perfect for throoms practice
