Nothing wrong with this supplement.Just be aware that Potassium Chloride X mg is not potassium X mg of potassium.Just half it as a rule of thumb, so here, you're getting 600mg of Potassium.

I’ve been taking umpteen different types of capsule and tablet supplements for years and never had any problems……until now. This tablet is basically a very bad swallow as it’s so large and porous so it makes it even more prone to sticking on the way down. Also if and when it does “stick” it very rapidly breaks down in the back of the throat causing more problems. In my opinion a smaller smoother tablet shape would be better as I have seen happen with other product’s over the years.

Easy to take, helps to keep my potassium levels decent after my hospital prescription ran out.I recently spent a couple of days in hospital because my levels were dangerously low and my heart could have stopped.Worth having a set of bloods taken to check.I also take a magnesium supplement as magnesium helps the body to absorb potassium.

You will need lots of water as these are some really big pills I'm telling you.... I never had a problem swallowing tablets before but I struggle with these it doesn't help that the surface of them is quite rough you just end up gagging, not nice and I won't be purchasing them again.
