Great One a Day Multivitamin
When I say this great value and quality I mean it. There a hole bunch a Vitamin and mineral pack into one pill.The pills do require you to drink alot if water if you want a fear if swallowing pills due to there size. But they they are manageable. And they don't leave any bad taste in your mouth either.
