It was easy to install and easy to use. I have been this for more than a year and it still works like a charm.

Easy to set up
Easy to set up, works as expected, includes the nut to attach the output hose to your fridge or connector.A great option to use a large water bottle with your fridge ice maker/in unit water system.The pressure is a little lower than if you were to hook up the system to a water line but it still works great.

Loud and no customer support
It is vibrating the whole counter and loud. I tried to contact Flojet and they have not responded. They do not give any phone number, only an email. No support, product is loud...

Auto shut-off failed.
This unit worked well for about 6 months. However it recently failed to shut off when the water bottle was empty, and ran dry for a while. It no longer pumps water, even with the bottle located higher than the pump. It is supposed to have an automatic shut-off to prevent this kind of damage.

Great for Keurig B155 hard plumbing kit.
Used this to feed a B155 for 3 years without any issues. Not in use anymore so I don't know how long it will last. Construction seemed good and never had any feed issues.

Works right out of the box!
I really wanted this icemaker to work at our lake cabin, but we don't drink the well water there. Hooked this up to the back of a samsung fridge/freezer and it worked RIGHT out of the box. No muss, no fuss. Just worked! Now I have great ice for my drinks. Happy me!

Highly recommend it.
Great product. Directions are a little vague but installing it was self-explanatory. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and it works great.
