I'm not sure how it would perform in heavy commercial work, but for my house patio, it's perfect for a residential homeowner. I use it very often, and it works very well. The noise level is quite low—I saw some comments and thought it would be louder than expected, but it's actually fine. A good vacuum overall

Motor broke after about a month of intermittent use wasn't used very much at all.
Just started using it last month on a remodeling job I'm doing and the motor already went out looks like since I ordered it in February I'm just out of luck for a new motor.I was cleaning up drywall dust and the motor just stopped working.Regretting my purchase now.
