I know the capsules are L-Glutamine because, this amino acid wakes you up and if I take one before going to bed I cannot get to sleep.

Good for the gut - Be careful with the dosage
When I initially took this, I took the full dosage of 6 on an empty stomach but I did get stomach pains with this so just started taking 2 a day which was fine. I like that is has no fillers and binders. My main reason to use it to help with leaky gut.Will look to increasing my dosage. At the full 6 capsules a day, it will only last 15 days but I am hoping for maintenance I then don't need to continue taking such a high dosage. It is still early days so I feel like I will need to take it over a longer period of time to start getting the benefits.I find the flat box quite useful and will continue taking these.

The daily dose is from 1 to 6 capsules, so the 90 typical size capsules will last a few days or many. If you're a vegetarian or vegan, you may have a low level of L-glutamine, so this is good supplement
