Essential for changing screens on a tablet. I initially started with the tools provided with a screen I ordered. Most of the pieces broke in the process. Knowing I had several more screens in the near future to change for my neighbor after successfully changing out one for my family I decided to give these tools a try. They were a life saver, durable, and much needed since the tools the screens come with are pretty much useless. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been an amateur computer and electronic repair person for what seems like forever in personal computer lifetimes (yes I had an original IBM PC when I was a teenager). During that time, I’ve bought or made many tools for working on these things - more than I care to consider.I ran across this kit while “Windows Shopping” on Amazon (this toolkit was an Amazon personal recommendation) and for the price, I decided, “why not”…If you happen to be an Apple ecosystem person like me, you’re going to love this set because it has the coveted and somewhat foreign Pentalobe (think a five leaf clover complete with rounded petals) screwdrivers necessary for disassembling many Apple devices.I originally purchased this set as an “extra” addition to my traveling toolkit but have found that I pick this toolset up more often than not.My single complaint falls into the area of durability. When using one of the pointed tools designed for connector removal, the pointed tip broke off under minimal pressure. It was a real pain to chase down the small piece that broke from the tool. As the universe would have it, the small broken piece escaped to an inconvenient hiding spot under the computer’s main logic board. It refused all attempts to dislodge it through shaking, forced air, and even slapping the case to which the board was attached.Fortunately for me, I ONLY had to remove or disconnect an additional 16 tiny screws, 8 micro ribbon cables, 4 external I/O ports, 2 wireless antenna connections, one power connector, and the fan assembly to get to and remove the elusive piece of plastic that broke from the tool. Reassembly followed.Although displeased with this turn of events, my haste likely contributed to the broken tip and it wasn’t the end of the world.I’m limited to whole stars in my rating so I’ve made it a 5…if fractions were available, I’d give it a 4.9 but who is splitting hairs? Not me.Personally, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s a quality product and comes with darn near everything you might need for basic repairs. I really like the fact it comes with its own carrying bag. That said, the forethought to include a SIM key cleverly attached to a suction cup by a spiral key ring was nothing short of genius. Yep, it has that too!Bottom line, just order it.I’m sure you’ll be as pleased as am I.

Lots of variety and utility for the price. Why buy a few of these items for 8$ when you can get them all for 9$?

I added memory to my laptop a while back and did not have the correct prying tools to remove the bottom cover. I was lucky I did not break anything. I recently needed to replace my laptop power port. This time I ordered this Kaisi tool kit which made the job very safe and easy.This tool kit has a wide variety of tools. I already had small screwdrivers, but if you don't they will come in handy. This is one case where plastic has it place. When working on a laptop, phone or other electronics with a battery connected it helps to minimize the chance of causing an electrical short.I did not use the suction cup ring and probably will not no so I can't comment on it. This tool kit comes with a storage pouch which is a plus.

Fast delivery…I received exactly what I was expecting…Item was in new condition…Used a couple different items from this kit to change the battery in my laptop. Amazing how easy it is to swap batteries in the laptop with the right tools. I haven’t needed everything as of yet and maybe never will. It was worth the money to have the right supplies for the job. It cuts out a lot of stress. I recommend the package and the seller.

The black plastic tools have quality issues which may cause problems with actually using them without risking damage or broken off bits of plastic. The cloth smells horrible and is wrinkled, as if shoved in there as an afterthought. The little screwdrivers may be too small for my needs (thats more on me but I knew that might be a risk. I mainly wanted the plastic tools anyway) the blue plastic tools and tweezers look fine at least.
