Great taste!
Excellent muffin. Great tasting and not too many calories. Required a little more time in the microwave versus the chocolate variety.

These muffins are tasty and are sugar free treat, but….
When you have to be on a sugar free diet you search all over for sugar free food that doesn’t taste like cardboard! I spotted these muffins and decided to put them to the palate test.Surprisingly all three flavors, blueberry, bran and banana were tasty. I was shocked! Usually baked goods like this either taste like a reject from a chemical plant or the wrapper tastes better than what’s inside. As I stated earlier, the taste on all three flavors were very close to the regular high sugar muffinsI put the but… in my review because they are extremely light and small. Actually that didn’t bother me. These muffins are like holding a hummingbird on your finger. Lightweight and not dense. Even with these complaints, I love the flavor of all three. Each muffin is 50 calories with low 1-3 gms. of sugar. On a positive note, you are able to consume 4 muffins and 4 would still be only 200 calories.Amazingly there was no horrible aftertaste! If you are also on a sugar restricted you know exactly what I mean. It used to drive me crazy. It was like starting with a candy bar and ending up with a lemon. No such problem with these muffins. The packages arrived in a container with dry ice because they are frozen. 30 seconds in a microwave fixes that.Question remains, would I recommend these? The answer is yes, but don’t expect a heavy dense muffin. I suppose that’s what we get for being on sugar free diets. Yes, they are somewhat expensive, but to me it was worth it. Each muffin is packed in individual plastic wrappers. They are still tasty even after being frozen.A big shout out to the inventor of the microwave oven!Oh yes, one note: these muffins have a different “feel” to them. The best way to describe it is slighty damp. That may sound terrible but it means they are not dry at all and lean towards a very moist muffin, but still delicious.

Delicious
Bought for my Dad. Too high maintenance for him between freezing and cutting open the bag and microwaving a couple seconds, so I took them home. They are so good! Not at all what I expected ( I thought they might be dry). They are moist and sweet and hot the spot for an afternoon snack or with morning coffee. A bit pricey, but so worth it for all the fiber and none of the fat or calories. Thank you!

Tasty but ordering is very slow
These are tasty, low calorie, and high in fiber. My only complaint is that after you order it takes about 2 weeks for them to arrive, and as soon as you get them, you have to freeze them and then thaw them out one or two at a time to eat them so they are not convenient to use, and you can't order on short notice.

The most delicious ever!
I know my low carb foods. Been doing this for 30 years. So much of it is not yummy, but these are different! I've tried each flavor, but the lemon poppyseed are the best! I put them in microwave for 20 seconds, right out of the freezer. Then take out of package and pull of paper cup. Split, put a ton of butter and back into microwave for 45 seconds. With coffee, amazing. These are better than non low carb muffins. They come in an ice pack, straight from vendor and you just pop them in your freezer in it's own special freezer package. They are the best muffins by far, believe me, I've tried them all!

For me, they increase my blood sugar by 85 mg/dl
The banana muffins taste good for a low carb muffin. However, I am a type 2 diabetic that is controlled with pills. I don't need insulin. My last A1C was 5.8. This morning my blood sugar was 115 mg/dl at 7:00 am when I ate a banana muffin. By 8:30 am it was 202 mg/dl. You be the judge.
