The Getaway Girls
The book ,The Getaway Girls just came in this afternoon and I started on it right away. It's about 3 ladies who hardly know each decided to "getaway" from the dull of everyday life. I can't put the book down. Reminds me of me needing an adventure. I think you will like it..

slow to start but funny once it gets going!
Like in life, the trip planning portion takes a while and is not as fun but once the trip starts the book will keep your interest and provide a few good laughs. Was captivating enough that I didn’t fall asleep during 3am feeds but not so much that I couldn’t put it down and get some sleep while the baby slept. Overall a good light-hearted book that will make you think about life, love and adventure

Interesting
I feel like it was a good book but it was harder to relate to. We read it for book club and it was still entertaining more towards the middle/end of the book.

Fun and twisty read!
I really enjoyed this book. I dont get all of the UK references as I am American, but it still translates as humorous! This book had me laughing, fretting, crying, and rejoicing all the way through. I actually felt like I was on "Holiday" with this trio.A definite must-read if you like adventure and danger and laughter!

70 Something
I loved the descriptions of all the places they visited. I felt as if I was there. I am of the same age as these women in the story. I enjoyed imagining what it would be like to just go off and have an adventure.I would recommend this book to any woman ready to dream of adventure, fun, and laughter! Many times I laughed out loud!Certainly earned a 5star from me!

Good read
It was an easy read with predictable scenarios. I have been lucky enough to travel some in italy. Sure wasn't lucky as these three for stops and never ever received the niceties in the six months I was there. But fiction is fiction and the book met expectations

Good read
Well developed characters, the story line was a little weak. It was was quick read, not heavy, a good beach book.
