Essential for me nowadays when I train. I dilute the powder with twice the amount of liquid per scoop as what the manufacturer suggests to use during a workout. The reason for this is that I need the water during a workout more than I need the protein. My recipe is to mix the powder thoroughly, pour into a thermos workout flask topped with a spoonful of wheat bran for fibre and topped up with crushed ice. Keeps cool for hours with 500-600 ml of refreshing drink.Alternative uses for me are post workout less than a meal but more than a snack, a scoop of power, a banana and some frozen berries, whisked up in a ninja portable blender to a nice consistency and an ideal size to digest easily.Pleasantly flavoured, provides a decent level of protein and easy to make.

This is easily the best value whey protein I’ve found on Amazon. The raspberry flavour is surprisingly good - light, refreshing, and not too sweet. The powder quality is excellent: super fine, easy to scoop, and it mixes effortlessly with water or milk, no clumps at all.I’ve been using it regularly after workouts and have noticed real improvements in energy and recovery. It feels clean and effective, without any bloating or heaviness. I’ve been using the Amfit Nutrition Cookies & Cream whey protein for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed. It mixes really well with both water and milk—no lumps or clumps, even with just a shaker . The flavour is pleasant—sweet but not overly artificial, with a nice creamy aftertaste. It’s a solid post-workout shake or even a snack between meals.The only downside is that it can be a bit thick, so I sometimes add a little extra water to thin it out. But for the price and quality, it’s a solid choice. I’ll definitely buy it again.

Most whey powder tastes awful whether you mix it with water or milk. I find this powder mixes well with porridge and adds a bit of flavour and sweetness. It nutrient content seems right, mixes ok etc.

Does it mix well? No.Is it a nice texture? No.But it tastes good though? Also no.I only buy this because it is cheap. Usually get Gold 100%, but greedy resellers mean it is almost £90 for 2.2kg, this is less than half that so it makes more sense.To make it drinkable, I mix 50/50 water and whole milk, then add a good spoonful of Greek yoghurt. Texture is still a bit off but it's drinkable.

I've had the strawberry flavour and it's very tasty, but my favourite is the Lemon Cheesecake one. I mix it into high protein Skyr yoghurt and add some protein granola... tastes mighty fine. With 23g of protein in each scoop, it is just as good as any of the bigger brands.I've just taken delivery of a new 1kg bag of Lemon Cheesecake flavour and I'll buy another bag when this has been used.

Tried both the chocolate and the salted caramel from this Amazon range. The salted caramel is NEXT LEVEL.A lovely sweet afternoon treat, even just with water. Although obviously even thicker and nicer with milk.

Really thick, I normally blend my protein shake in milk but this is way too thick for that. Have to use water instead, even then it’s thick but it’s drinkable. Taste isn’t too bad, does the job.
