I wanted a towel warmer since we moved to a cooler climate. This is one of the best things I ever bought.It is such a delight to wrap up in a warm dry towel on a cool day. I also put my pajamas on there, between towels and that is a soothing feeling as well. Put the folded towels in layers. The ones on the bottom are the warmest. the towels are now always dry and warm. One minor flaw is that the heat is not evenly distributed.The towel ends are not as warm, but it is still a great luxurious feeling after a shower or bath.

It warms and dries out towels, just like it says it will. It won't warm your bathroom, and it won't heat as evenly as your clothes dryer. It may not work as well as one of the $200 towel dryer.... but then.... you paid less than a quarter of that, if you got this one... so don't complain about it doing wat is says it will, but nothing more.We've been using it for about a month now. It works..... I will be able to comment on power consumption next month

My good friend was getting remarried and did not need the traditional wedding gifts of pots/pans, blenders or money. She specifically asked for a towel warmer and I did a lot of research right here on Amazon to find the very best one I could. This warmer came with missing parts which she was more than willing to get from the seller and fix. I am not sure if those parts every arrived but apparently they were not critical to the actual working of this rack. She called me the other day to say that the towel warmer is not worth keeping and that they wanted me to return it. EMBARASSING!!! and we live in Arizona so there is no real need to make these towels as warm as you would if you lived in Chicago or Maine......so now I have given her a gift that looks like I took the easy cheap way out. I am very dissappointed and am not sure who wrote the reviews saying this was better than other ones they had purchased. I would not go this route if you are buying this for anyone but yourself. I AM NOW TRYING TO RETURN THIS ITEM AND THE SELLER WILL NOT GIVE US A REFUND. THE REFUND POLICY IS 30 DAYS BUT IT DID NOT ARRIVE TIMELY AND THERE WERE MISSING PARTS. IT WAS A WEDDING GIFT AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO ASSEMBLE IT DUE TO THE PARTS MISSING, WENT ON THEIR HONEYMOON AND NOW THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN IT A COUPLE OF WEEKS THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT IT IS NOT ADEQUATE. THIS WAS A GIFT, I AM SO EMBARRASED AND CAN NOT BELIEVE I CAN NOT GET A REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS ITS FOR YOU AND YOU KNOW THE PRODUCT IS PERFECT.

We have issues with humidity in our bathroom. We had to put our bath towels out to dry on the window every day because they would be otherwise wet the next day when we wanted to take a shower. I went to London for work for a month and stayed with a friend in his apartment there. Most homes in Europe seem to have these towel warmers built into their houses, and it was the first time I had seen these things.The moment I came back home I looked for a way to have one of those so I could solve our wet towel problem.This towel warmer is really good, and it is also decently efficient for energy. Our towels dried well from one day to another, and our electricity bill did not go up by any noticeable amount. It is not hot enough to warm up the towels though, which is why I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars. If you're looking for something that will make our towels nice and comfy, this is not your solution.It fits well two large towels when they're folded in half, or one without folding, we found that folding and placing both at the same time is sufficient for both to dry up. It even has space for our small face towel when that one gets too wet.It also works really well for drying small articles of clothing such as socks or underwear. We sometimes wash those at home when we don't want to go out for laundry and have them dry overnight on the Warmrains. Works perfectly!

This product is sturdy and as attractive as you can expect a towel rack to be. The warming/drying feature is OK, but not a huge benefit in actual usage. Perhaps if you live in a perennially damp or cold environment, you may feel justified in using the heating element. The real disappointment I experienced was value of the product compared to its price. I definitely experienced "buyer's regret", and if returning it didn't involve reboxing, shipping, etc., I would.

This is a great item for our remodeled bathroom. It has space for about 4 bath towels if you fold them correctly. Sometimes we just have two or use space for the hand towels. It’s not too hot but just make others aware of it. I like that the towels dry faster and are warm. We live in a damp climate so it helps a lot.

Like-so easy to assemble. Dislike: does not work as promised. Instruction booklet indicates it takes 45 minutes to reach full temperature. That kind of lead time for a morning shower just does not work in my schedule. Also found that it did not heat a bath sheet evenly.

In Costa Rica, the humidity is high most of the year and it is expensive to wash and use the electric dryer on the towels constantly. I chose this unit because it draws less current than other products. This is important to consider if you live in a place where electricity costs are high.I bought the electronic timer suggested by another person in a different review. This way the unit does not run continuously. I operate the towel bar long enough to dry the bath towel. I am sure that if it was operating continuously, the towels would be toasty. Warm towels are not necessary in the "Land of the Toucans". So after a shower, I put the bath towel on the rack and set the solid state timer for three hours. For a few pennies, the towel dries quickly and can be reused.I suggest the chrome model. I was planning on the brushed finish, but decided not to buy it after reading other reviews about the strange color mentioned by others, and discoloring of the bars experienced by some other reviewers.The chrome model works well and was properly packed so that it arrived on international delivery without scratches or other problems. I consider this good value for the money.

Esperaba que calentara más mi ropa de baño, mi casa es muy fría durante el invierno. Tiene que usarse la ropa directo del calentador para no perder la temperatura.

The only part of the towel that got very warm, was the part touching the top rail. Definitely not worth it. Returned.
