This mat is great- we use it all the time. Our almost 4-year old plays with legos, kinetic sand, play-doh, etc on this mat! The lip around the edge makes it perfect for small pieces that you don’t want to go missing. Wipes easily after crafts or decorating cookies. Rolls up and transports easily but isn’t flimsy. Great purchase.

I bought this because the only place that I have to do any kind of art projects is in my room on my bed and it's hard for me to paint, saw, cut things, glue, and do all the things that I need to do for my art projects and not get everything messy. This a really good mat for that purpose. It's keeping things clean and protected however it's very flimsy so you need to have it on top of a hard surface. I use either a really large clipboard which is what I've been using or my Fiskers mat. Some of the pictures it looked more like a solid snatch but just when you can definitely roll up. I haven't tried it out with a heat source but I don't think that it would hold up very well. I have several heat protected mats and they are a lot thicker than this mat and the box did not say anything about it being heat protected. I do have a Fiskars heat protected silicone mat that I lay on top of it when I do heat projects or staining or anything like that. I'm over all satisfied with my purchase.

Love this product. We got new countertops and the kids love to color and craft. We kept using placemats to protect the counter but they just weren't big enough. Went for this - one for each kiddo - and we love it and use it daily. Kids color and everything is contained in that space, the crayons and markers don't roll away. And folds up easily for storage! Highly recommend, price is worth it!

So far these mats have been great. Durable and easy to wash off. My one complaint is that the box is not the long shape as shown in the photo. The photo implies they are sent to you rolled up. They come however folded up in a small square bos which makes it much more difficult for storage.

This mat is great for my 2 year old! I only wish it has a little bit higher of a lip around the edge but then again if it had a higher one it would be too high to use sitting down sooo...maybe I need a less messy two year old 😉.

Great for play dough, slime, painting or any messy project. The mat rolls up for storage and the slight edge keeps things from rolling onto the floor.

Very cheaply made mat. Considering the price paid, it’s almost junk.
