Q: Will this work with the new apple macbook pro with the m1 silicon chip without limitation?

No. It will not. I bought it and NONE of the connections work. I get an error message saying "not enough power to connect this peripheral." The USB-C connection doesn't work. The Thunderbolt connection doesn't work. The USB connections does not work. Total junk.

Q: Is this strickly for macs? i have a lenovo yoga c94 with the same dual thunderbolt config. if not, do you have the same type for a non mac?

Yes it’s just for Mac and it’s just for those specific years and models of the Mack book

Q: will this work on a dell xps 13.3 ?

Unlikely, it’s specifically made to fit the 2 usb-c ports on the side of a MacBook Pro
