Great noodle texture
Would be 5 stars but I had to add just a touch of salt, lacked a bit of flavor.Otherwise it is really a good soup and fills you up!!Comes complete with a little fork inside and cooks just like any other instant ramen you would by.Noodles really shine though!!! Perfect texture.

Low carb
It’s a nice size cup but I don’t like the noodles. I’m a try to make them with broth instead of water. I know the mixture is broth flavored. Maybe add real vegetables instead of that packet.

This high - protein instant noodle is amazing! Low in calories, high in protein, and super filling per bowl. So easy to make, just soak in boiling water. It has a smooth, chewy texture, being healthy and delicious. Highly recommended for health - conscious folks.

Trash can worthy only
I don't have the money to waste, but this stuff is trash. I have metastatic breast cancer, so I bought these for the protein. I couldn't even get down one bite. Something this questionable in taste and texture should be returnable. Now I know why it is not. I tried to do no stars, but had to settle for one star.

Good effort but needs more flavor
I'm kind of torn on how I want to rate these. On the one hand, I am always pleased when a company tries to produce a healthier alternative to a somewhat unhealthy snack food. Regular ramen is a guilty pleasure for a lot of us because it's tasty but usually high fat and carb with not much food value. These plant -based protein Ramen cups turn that around and provide a good amount of protein with lower salt, fat, and carbs. I did find it interesting that these are all plant based but they are offered in a pork flavor--although there is definitely no pork in them. I wonder if the company could find a way to make a vegetable option with dehydrated veggies and a more flavorful broth.I made one of these using boiling water as recommended. I found the noodles to be almost hard in texture so I added some water and tried heating them in the microwave. They did get softer but that was when I learned there was really very little flavor here. I did not find the flavor unpleasant, so much as "weak". I even tried making a 2nd cup and I put in some chicken broth granules because that was all I had around at the time. The flavor did not work with the pork seasoning so I gave up.I think this Ramen is a really good effort to make something healthier. My concern is that the price is high for just one serving, and if you have to doctor it up or add meat and flavoring, then it's not a complete meal. However, if you don't mind taking those extra steps and making additions, this could be a good way to add some protein to your diet in a non-perishable package you can take with you on a road trip or even camping.

Very tasty, a bit unique, but healthy!
These ramen cups are a great starter for a variety of quick soups you can throw together. The 6-pack has a nice selection of a few "flavors", and the cups we've tried so far are definitely a good start to something tasty and satisfying. To note, our household is not vegetarian or vegan, so we opted to chop some chicken and pork and throw that into the hot broth to add some substance. The result has been a very flavorful, filling soup that went together in a flash. These cups have the added benefit of the extra protein, which is always welcome in our household. Furthermore, the ingredients are natural and "real", which is our focus here. The resulting broth is clean and fragrant, and the noodles - whereas a bit different than some other brands - were cooked nicely per the directions on the side, and proved a hit at dinner. My one gripe is the cost of about $4.50 per cup. For a pre-packaged dry ramen and soup, this seems...well, a bit rich.Altogether, these are a great option for us as a quick way to get a tasty and healthy soup together. The base broth tastes very nice, they're easy to prepare, and everyone likes what winds up in their bowl. I'd just like to see these a bit more "affordable".
