Once you get used to how thick or runny you want the mixture to be to use in this then you are flying. Easy to use, easy to clean, and comes out perfect with a little practice. I used it in the oven on a low heat also to speed up curing time with no problem at all. My cakes look fab now when using lace and people love the decor on the cakes.

This is a thicker mould compared to others, but the cake lace took an extra 24 hours to dry before the lace could be removed

First time I’d made edible lace and used a lace mat. It worked perfectly, I’d watched a fewYou tube vids beforehand. Easy to fill, left overnight and easy to remove the lace. I turned it face down on a silicone mat and slowly rolled the lace mat back while easing the lace out with a cocktail stick to start with, then the side of my hand.
