We all know that romantic relationships have their ups and downs, and it can be all too easy to fall into routines, familiar patterns, and periods of poor communication. Sometimes, despite our best intentions, we still have trouble connecting.My relationship with my husband over the past 7 years has been both better and worse than it is right now, but I decided to order these cards on a whim anyhow. Might as well do what you can to make things easier, eh?I’m SO GLAD to have these in our home now! We had our first “session” with them last night, and it was very enriching and cultivated a closeness that we’ve not been fostering much lately.I definitely recommend reading the little instruction manual out loud to your partner (whomever wants to read it) so you both know what the deal is. The little guidebook does a great job of laying the groundwork for your chat. It discusses good listening and speaking skills to employ, as well as mentioning creating a distraction-free atmosphere, etc.We turned off the TV, dimmed the lights, got cozy in our blankets and pillows on the couch, and got started. We made it through 3 cards, with the last one creating the longest conversation. The first one we left to be discussed the next time something applicable arises, the second one we determined was something we are already doing well, and the third resulted in a nearly 2-hour conversation that was interesting, friendly, and illuminating.We both felt closer to one another afterwards, which was great, and we plan to repeat this weekly because it was a very positive experience.The cards have a nice variety of topics, and some of the questions also offer a little follow-up question, which is especially nice, I imagine, if those aren’t a couples’ strong suit.We asked one another a card back and forth, rather than each of us answering the same card, but there is lots of flexibility with this “game.”Overall, highly recommend. If you’re looking to be closer emotionally to your partner, this is an easy way to get things going.

I ordered this deck for conversational use only as a second step to test some prior relationship skills that my husband and I have relearned. I get that this deck is to spark conversation, but it is better for couples that just need a spark and don't need the tools.These are helpful to keep my husband and I from talking too much about work or the kids at the end of the day. We use them to ensure that we keep the focus on us.The cards are sturdy and well-coated and the box is very durable and convenient. You're not trying to shove cards into a flimsy vertical box.

These cards have got some good questions in them that I wouldn't think of normally asking, but gave us good conversation. but there were a lot that were just stupid. I dont know why they would put some of these in there at all.but in the end, we did use quite a few of them and were able to learn something new, or add detail to other things we already knew. it would be a good purchase for any couple I would think.

Couple Summit game offers a positive and chill way to bring a couple together to discuss things that will strengthen and renew their relationship. It is especially helpful if you are shy with your partner or just need the excuse of a third party guiding the topics so that you do not have to force them. The way it is laid out is encouraging, tasteful, and fun. We are a couple that has been together for decades and have discussed everything under the sun and moon with each other, yet it was still nice to take a detour and have a discussion that was so creative and fun. We will be passing the game over to our son and his girlfriend so that we can see how much fun it will be for a newer couple as they have been together for a year. I am sure they will enjoy it just as much as we did. It is nice to see people creating things like this for a more positive and beneficial purpose in society!

Great cards with a variety of topics. This is a great gift for newly weds to help remember to check in. A lot of the questions are good for other relationships as well.
