Ok
Functionality is good although the seal falls out constantly. Good value for the money

It works as expected
This is not the best quality sinus rinse system, but it's inexpensive. It comes with most everything you need. There are two types of nozzles, one for kids with the multiple holes and the other with one hole for adults. I used distilled water at body temperature. I use the microwave to warm the water and check it with a thermometer. You need a separate jar to heat the water. The instructions are pretty straight forward to conduct the sinus rinse. The sinus sprayer bottle is a nice bonus to use some of the saline solution to spray your nose when you need it. The pharmacies charge a pretty penny fora bottle of saline solution. The nozzle seems to leak a bit so I used the kids and it was fine. The leaking wasn't actually a big deal as it's very slight. I found this sinus rinse to work as expected and it's an inexpensive way to keep your nasal passage clear so you can breath easier.

Absolutely a lot of design flaws but servicable
I appreciate that this has 40 packets which will last for quite a while. This absolutely feels more like a consumable bottle than a high quality nasal rinse solution. The bottle is cheap, the nozzle is leaky and cheap. The silicone o-ring came unattached and had to be attached to set it up. The instructions are cheap.Overall though everything does work well. However I'd rather something like this not be so cheaply put together.

Good nasal rinse with everything you need
I got this nasal rinse for the bottle mainly since I have lots of sachets at home. The bottle is easy to use and comes with several attachments and a cap. It’s BPA free and comes with a bag to store it in, there are also tons of sodium chloride sachets included (haven’t tested them though). This set is good value and the quality is decent. I like that they come in a variety of colours to choose from, the pink is my favourite.Overall, if you like doing at home nasal rinses then this is an easy and convenient set to get. I like it!

A Few Issues to Consider
First of all, this sinus rinse kit is probably the most comprehensive, in terms of included components, that I have seen. You get the rinse bottle, two attachments, a nozzle cover, storage bag, travel bottle (nasal spray style), and packets of rinse solution. That's great but there are a few quirks to be aware of.The air valve on the bottom of the bottle is metal and you do have to cover it with your finger until the bottle is inverted or it can leak. I'm not sure how well the metal will hold up with repeated exposure to water and salt water but, since these bottles are meant to be replaced periodically, that might not be a problem. It does mean that this bottle is not suitable for sterilizing in the microwave so, if that is part of your routine, you'll need to look for a different set.The ingredients in the rinse packets are listed on the individual packets along with an expiration date. Contents are listed as 100% Sodium Chloride. That might be typically in many places, but the packets I commonly find in the Continental US include some Sodium Bicarbonate, as well, to reduce the potential for stinging. If that's what you're accustomed to, just be aware that these don't have that.Additionally, the box states that "Tap water, distilled water or purified water can be used." Please note - According to the FDA, distilled, sterile, or previously boiled water is recommended for use with nasal rinse solutions due to the potential for bacteria (including amoeba) in tap water. https://www.fda.gov/consumers/consumer-updates/rinsing-your-sinuses-neti-pots-safeA couple of use notes on the rinse bottle - There is a clear silicone sealing ring that fits into the threaded ring. I found it loose in the bottom of the box. The other thing is that you need to turn that threaded ring upside down and press the base of the nozzle stem, or pull up on the stem from above, until it stops moving or your bottle will leak as soon as you invert it. There is a tiny, clear silicone ring around the nozzle stem that is not engaged unless the nozzle stem is fully extended.I'll use parts of this set now that I have it, but will not purchase again.

Design Flaws Make this NOT Practical
I've been using these type of nasal rinse systems for years... ever since having sinus surgery. And I thought I'd grab this because it looked like a unique design. Unique, yes. Functional, not at all. First, the bottle itself has this metal floater in it... this means you can't just warm the water by microwaving it in the bottle for a few seconds (which is what I've done for years with other models). So you'd have to warm the water in another container and then transfer it. Annoying but not a complete deal-breaker. However, the nozzle itself was a deal-breaker. It leaks. It's almost impossible to get the thin sealed properly so it doesn't leak and since you have to redo that seal every time you use it... well, that's not going to work out. Also, the water level line is wrong. I measured it against the other devices I've had and this line is way too high. Meaning you'd be adding so much extra water that the saline solution wouldn't be concentrated properly. So this was a miss. The saline packets do appear to be decent though, so maybe if they fix the design flaws with this they'll be able to put those to good use. I like that the packets had a line to make tearing them open easier. But that's really the only thing I liked about this whole set.

It will do
I think that this is a good price for what all you are getting. I agree with one of the other reviewers that there are a few design flaws. I will make it work though. I always assume that when I am doing one of these I am going to make a mess, so a little leaking is not the end of the world. I really love what all comes with it! So I will make it work and I am pretty happy with all that you get!
