Been taking these for a month now and so far I love it I’ve seen a significant improvement with my nails already when I first started these my nails were very brittle and i couldn’t grow them out but since then they have grown out and are not bending back anymore! They are also easy to swallow and have no weird smell or taste!

I used this consistently for two months and saw great results with my hair loss lightening and my nails getting stronger. Then I stopped and started to notice things falling back into what they were so I started it back up and have my nails getting better again and less hair falling out. Also noticed I break out on my face a lot less when using this! There’s no taste, capsules are a pain in general but it gets easier. No tummy issues with it. Will be keeping this as a staple!

It appears to be calming my colon so I reordered today. If anything changes I’ll update my review.

I have only been taking this for 2 weeks, I can't fairly review it yet because I need more time to see results from this product, however I can say I have no negative side effects of the product, I will give a fair review once I have used the first bottle.

Been taking these for three months and my skin is glowing, hair is shiny, and nails are healthier. I'm definitely a true supporter of this product.

I've been using this product for about 4 months now. It takes time for things to work via nutrition and most things you shouldn't make a judgement call in less than 6 months to a year. I have problems with Lupus related hair loss and very thin nails. I have noticed a marked increase in nail strength so much so that I am not always clipping them down to the skin to get under a bad crack that won't stop opening up. I even scratched a sticker off something with my thumbnail without thinking & it didn't instantly bend & break off! But the part that thrilled me the most is that when I got my last haircut, my hairdresser noticed thicker hair in areas that had been quite thin and asked me if I was doing something. When your body is so deficient in something & you start taking what will help, it just takes time for it to fix the internal so the external begins to show. Be patient.

I wanted to like it but my hair started falling dramatically, I was literally going bold. I purchased 2 bottles drank the first one and half through the second one until I went to the doctor because my hair was falling so he recommended to stop taking all supplements and after a month my hair hasn’t fallen and I’m regrowing my hair with treatments. Sadly this didn’t work for me.
