Q: why does it state only 2 ingredianets everywhere but doesnt say what the 2 are< what are they?

Sadly, it's palm oil. Just FYI , Smuckers makes an organic peanut butter solely from peanuts. The cost is about the same as this product. Had I known this contained palm-oil I would never have purchased it.

Possibly, but why buy a peanut butter with Palm oil when Smucker's Organic has only organic peanuts as the ingredient? Justin's is a nice peanut butter, but I was disappointed when I discovered the Palm Oil. That is simply not healthy. Smucker's is about $5 in my local supermarket.

No, it doesn't require a ton of mixing, but some. It does have a different taste than those that you do mix more though. It's not just a straight up peanut taste. Tastes a little more artificial.
