Long length - great fit

I'm currently undergoing Chemoradiation for anal cancer so rectal discharge is unavoidable for me. I was using just regular long pads/pantiliners and it was an absolute nightmare. They never were long enough, so I was wearing two, which was so uncomfortable. My upper inner thighs, were rubbing against the edge of the liners and causing rashes which were way painful and they never kept me from feeling wetness, nor was the coverage area sufficient so I was changing my underwear several times a day/night.This is the complete opposite of every horrible thing I experienced with pads/liners. This fits PERFECTLY so its catching everything and absorbs wonderfully. The only time I start to feel it, is when I'm at the point it needs to be changed. But that's hours after having it on, and my underwear are staying dry!!! These have been a game changer for me. Having cancer and going through treatment is miserable enough, but having to deal with the discharge the way I was, only added to that misery. Now, its one less thing that I have to worry about. I'm finding I have to change it about 2-3 times a day, so I'm estimating the box will last just over a week. If I had to find a ‘con’ about this product, it would be the price and/or the quantity, but since its the only one of its kind, I'm left with no other options. Honestly even if there were, I'm not sure id switch. I read other reviews that spoke to the adhesive not being strong enough. I personally have not had an issue with that, nor have I had one bunch up or move while wearing it. Others stated you really don't feel it, and they're absolutely right. I guess because of the wide end, its not bunching up and going in between my butt cheeks, making it uncomfortable and painful for me, which is just another reason this was the game changer that it was. I highly recommend this item to anyone who experiences any type of discharge, leakage or has bowel accidents. I've actually told my oncologist about this item so she can suggest to other patients to try these.

Overall good design, putting wider coverage “behind”. They are Unisex pads, and thus the pads are too long for the average women. The front of the pad goes all the way to the front waistband of my underwear. Two sizes might be better. My biggest complaint is the cost. $20 for 28 pads is steep. I’m having trouble locating a similar design but I’m going to keep looking and stop buying these due to cost.

I am revising my review from 2 to 5. I heard back from the CleanSeat people and they not only gave me a refund, they told me to keep my shipment and give it to someone who could use their product.I now fully endorse the pads.We ordered 1 pack for my husband to try and then ordered a 4 pack from the company. Unfortunately, my husband now uses Depends so we no longer need this product, which is still unopened and in the brown paper wrapping. I have contacted the company about returning the unopened package but haven't gotten a reply. While I think the product is good, order from Amazon, not the company if you want good customer service.

These pads are perfect for my occasional rectal incontinence. I use the pads with the wide end to the back. They stick well to my boxers and don't loosen. And they're comfortable, hardly noticeable. Most days I'm able to reuse them several times. I no longer worry if I have a leaky gas discharge! Well worth the price.

The shape and coverage is great but need stronger adhesive so they stay in place.

This is the first pad that not only had about 1/4 inch protection from front to back but also fit me so well that I forgot that I was wearing it. The back of it has a wonderfully large area that covers my parts. I am 70" and 140 lbs. A person with a well endowed butt might find these too small. I was also worried that it would show through my yoga pants but alas! It was not visible.I found myself missing more and more pickleball games and other outings because of the fear of the "big surprise!" in my drawers. I had total confidence while wearing these when I played yesterday for two hours. Incidentally, I had no surprises for the first time in a long while. It was either psychological because the "fear" was gone or the fact that I stopped coffee and opted for tea. Either way, I am a happy person.

it is a little too thin, for incontinence,but great for keeping thong type panties fresh.
