When I received the unit 8 days ago, the battery was flat as I could not switch ON the unit. I Fully charged the battery and never used it until today and the unit cannot switch ON as the battery was flat.Today, I fully charged the unit and started using it to inflate my 6 tires (from 2 cars) and found the following problems:1) The factory claims that the unit can fully inflate the car tire in 40 seconds (30-36 PSI). When I inflate 6 tires, average take 1 to 1.5 minutes for every tire (27.5 to 33 PSI (1x) / 28.5 to 33 PSI (1x) / 29 to 33 PSI (3x) and 29.5 to 33 PSI(1x)).2) I set up the unit for 33 PSI to inflate the car and the device automatically stops when the desired pressure is reached. When I test with the Digital Tire Pressure gauge, the PSI reading always reaches between 36.4 to 36.7 PSI and I need to release the air manually until reaches 33 PSI.3) The unit battery became flat after I used to inflate 6 tires.4) The unit has a very loud noise.5) The USB Charge cable accessory is missing.Update on October 02, 2024:I asked for the replacement because I believe that the NUSTE company will support their product well and this was demonstrated by their customer service; which handled my inflator unit replacement quickly and efficiently. They straight arranged the replacement and the product came within a week.I tested this new inflator unit and the result is good as follows:1. The tire car inflate is under 30 seconds from 34.0 to 36.0 PSI.2. Tested with the Digital Tire Pressure gauge, the system shown near 37.0 PSI.3. The unit noise is much better than the first one.4. The accessories received are complete.Thank you to the NUSTE customer service for excellent support. Keep it up.

Size is convenient and very nice to hook it up to a car tire, let it work and it shuts off automatically. Fill time for 30-36 PSI is more like 2 minutes vs. the 40 seconds advertised...

I'm a healthcare traveler and I hate finding a decent gas station to air up my tires. This is perfect. I can use it by plugging it into my car. The cord is long enough to easily reach your tires. I did try it with battery power. Even with half a charge I put in 4 lbs of air in each tire(yes it was low). It didn't take long at all. I also tested the accuracy when i drove my car. A few tips to make it easy to operate. First if all have the correct charger. An Apple charger won't do it. Plus make sure you have it connected properly. A small amount if air as you put it on and take it off is normal but you should feel no air while you operate it. It was the least expensive one I could find but it definitely is a great value.

This is my second purchase of this exact brand electric are pump. I use it for everything and have one in each car for emergencies. I use to drive around looking for air pumps at a gas stations and I’d always have to break dollars into quarters to use them. What a pain in the butt! If the pump was only to not have to do that ever again it would be worth it. I plan on also keep one in the garage and bring it with us on long bike rides. Customer service is quick to follow up and am confident they would remedy any problem I have with the pump right away.
