Works perfectly without that carbon ribbon.Tip: If you're printing FBA Label, on Amazon download the 50x25 mm size, and while printing, use the latest version of Adobe Reader. Go to printing properties, paper format: mm, portrait, check rotate 180. Width 50, Height 25. Unprintable Area Top 5.

Worst quality ever
Really worst product. The quality is very low. Print disappeared in just 10-15 days. What are the replacement options. I am willing to pay bit higher but at least maintain quality. Don't blame printer. I am using TVS printer. Amazon please help me
