Fabulous coffee for a Turkish pot and--preferably--using gas.
Super! Lovely coffee, enjoyed every mouthful! I have now bought the bigger pack to use with a Turkish coffee pot. Especially lovely when made on a gas stove; I guess the aeration that happens better with gas, improves the richness and consistency. Induction hob--nah! Didn't work there... but if you're a gas user, this coffee will be great.
