Works Pretty Well if It Doesn't Break
Just another quick update: A year later I have to say the company has gone above on beyond on supporting their product. My Flosser stopped working after around 11 months and they sent out a replacement within just a few days and extended the warranty another six months. So while my initial review was mixed, I've been so impressed by the support of their product that I'm updating it to five stars, very satisfied and glad to keep using the flosser every day!Just a quick update: to the credit of the company, they did contact me about my review and sent a video link on how to remove the stuck tip, which worked. And they offered a full refund. I told them not to worry about the refund and that I would continue to use the unit, since it's working okay again. The issue with the broken tip seems to be a known issue and hopefully it won't occur again, but I'm willing to give the unit another try. And I appreciate the good customer service.---I liked this item and thought it did an adequate job helping to keep my teeth clean after doing a deep cleaning at the dentist's office. Unfortunately, like quite a few others reviews here, the problem is that after a month the tip broke off, which seems to be a fairly common problem, and the part that attaches inside the unit is stuck in there and I can't for the life of me remove it. So I'll probably just be tossing the whole thing in the trash. If it wasn't for this issue, I would have continued to use the unit. It's not perfect by any means but for the price it does the job all right - that is, if it doesn't break on you!

Great Value
Ordered this flosser over two years ago. It performed so well that I ordered a replacement. Highly recommend this flosser, as it works well, and the recharge worked well for my bathroom. Great flosser, and good price.

First one worked for a while then received a replacement
I bought my first one but didn’t get to use it until a couple months later. It worked great for about 3-4 months until it started making weird sounds then stopped working. I contacted the B.Weiss support and they were able to promptly send me a free replacement since mine passed the returned window. I received my replacement after a few days and it’s working great. Will see how this one goes but overall amazing customer service.

Helps with better oral hygiene
My dentist suggested this to help improve oral hygiene. It definitely helps my mouth feel cleaner! I like that it comes with different heads for different needs, has different modes, and a larger capacity water tank. Charges, and can be used wireless. Easy to use, good price!

Work better than the big brand
Works better that a name brand, I have 2 of these now. One quit but the company sent me a new one promptly. Would recommend. The flosser has more pressure then the name brand and is easier to fill with water

Ghost Flosser Turns On BY Itself
28 days old and I'm on the road, and the flosser is sitting in the hotel bathroom after using it AND IT TURNS ON BY ITSELF!!! It did this 3 times over the next 30min, before I unscrewed the base to find a few water droplets inside. After drying /blowing it out with the hair drier, it seems to have addressed the problem. I've only used it standing over the sink... never in the shower or immersed. I'm not sure it's possible, but I'll try using it in as upright position as possible.Btw, the battery looks like an 18650 li-ion, and replacing it may not be possible, so maybe the device is good for about 300 charges, ymmv. Also, although it comes with a cloth carrying bag (for travel?), I'm not sure how that works if it's wet... or keeps from accidentally turning on.===After 5 months, the flosser started acting wonky - would not turn on with top button; would turn on after cycling bottom button. I took it apart... again... and made sure the pump/control compartment was dry, but the device still was responding to the buttons strangely. However, after charging overnight, it appears to be working again.Morale of the story, make sure the control compartment is dry PLUS the battery is charged!Update +8 months: Downgraded to 1* - Not RecommendedThe motor/pump/battery access hatch at the bottom is a serious design flaw. I now store the handle upright, but water still seeps into the motor/pump/battery compartment just by using it and I have to disassemble, drain, and blow dry it every 1-2 months. It's only about a quarter teaspoon of water, but it's enough to cause the buttons not to work or for the flosser to turn itself on... sometimes in the dead of night!!! The device needs a redesign to have a molded bottom where it connects to the tank and have the motor compartment separate in two. The silicone sealed hatch is insufficient.I'm waiting for it to die completely before upgrading to another brand.- update 1wk later -Done. Replaced with Yafex travel water flosser.

Works great and so convenient.
I use these twice a day. They are wonderful. Even my dentist has commented on how much better my gums look. Only downside is don't expect toe battery to last more than a year; this is my second one and 12-14 months seems to be the point where the battery goes dead. Good thing these are inexpensive.

Works good before it starts leaking
The media could not be loaded. Update: the company reached out to me and completely took care of the issue by sending another tank as well as an all new flosser. I haven’t had it long enough to see if the tank will have the same issue, but their customer service goes above and beyond. They definitely stand behind their product. The product worked great for a while and did exactly as it claimed. The water pressure settings were perfect for gradually increasing strength as your gums built up tolerance and the machine was easy to use. However, after a few months the water tank has separated at the bottom. With no crack to be seen, when you put in water up to maybe 1/4 of the way full the bottom gives out partially and separates from the rest and water begins to pour out. I do not know if it is a fluke in manufacturing this particular unit or a larger issue, but it is unusable until I can find another tank to replace this one.
