Very Disappointed, Just water in them... Junk!
Freeze solid as a rock, seems to just have regular water in them, nothing even close to the gel ice packs that remain flexible, these things freeze so solid they are not, good for anything as far as putting on your body anywhere... Don't Recommend them for anything, a waste of my money, i threw them in the trash, i was so disappointed...
