Perfectly seasoned for my gumbo!!!

File used to be available in the grocery store. It’s the finishing touch for authentic gumbo. Love that it’s organic. Favor the resealable foil bag over plastic containers. It’s a great value for the money with a larger oz quantity than most companies offer. It’s easy to use and versatile.

We had to order this in because we had a hard time finding this at a local grocery store. It is very fine and made a delicious gumbo with andouille sausage and chicken. For the price point, I do wish it was organic, but otherwise, we were happy with the product.

Great file taste a must for Cajun food. The price is so much better than supermarket.

Could not find File gumbo spice any where within 50 miles from me. It also has a very tight zip s e al to keep fresh. You can't have good gumbo without this ingredient. This is top notch company and fresh spi.ce
