The reason for purchase was to provide support to Wilfred whilst he was recovering from surgery on his leg.He is now quite used to it some 10 months later and we will be buying the new metal buckle one.The additional handle on the back is so handy to pick him up with. The vets always ask if we can bring him with it on.Sadly he is having his leg Amputated in a couple of days but we will certainly buy another one. It provides just the right amount of support especially after his surgery's where we needed to keep the weight off his leg. I can carry him out of the house like a bag and even with just a lead attached to the front top buckle I can take the weight whilst he meanders around the garden.The mesh is great too. Doesn't get too hot.The straps were easy to adjust and the buckles are sturdy. Wilf is quite strong compared to our other spaniel Frank so this was a concern at the start but I have never been worried about the strength of the harness.It's also very easy to get on and simple to wash and dry.

My Labrador is an avid woodland fan, he will dive into streams after sticks, mud, fox poo. You name it, this dog wants to get into it.Nothing so far damages or deteriorated this product, rugged but lightweight material, easy to wash for those dirty dog days and he looks so handsome in the orange design.Get compliments on it all the time and a matching orange lead, again - the quality of these products is so worth the money and it’s still reasonably priced.Wish I had bought it a year ago when I first got my pup. Love it!P.S the sizing chart is spot on and you can adjust depending on the chest depth/ back length of your breed etc, extremely well made to fit every dog.

Great harness fitted 1st time but has lots of adjustment. The handles are useful.

Colour is perfect and with some slight adjustments it fits perfectly. This is a good high quality product but still has a few weaknesses like the plastic buckles I will update when my dog has more use in it. My dog is a mallinois female 25kg we went for a medium which is more than enough even for her to grow.

Love it on my large but slim female GSD. I bought a size medium and it’s a great fit; easy to adjust so it is not too loose, not too tight. Very easy to put on and off and doesn’t distress the dog at all. Off lead it doesn’t restrict her from tearing up the beach but as soon as I clip the lead on she is magically transformed into a show dog. I previously used a quality Martingale collar which cost nearly as much as this but it is nowhere near as effective. I use the top front clip. It doesn’t completely stop pulling, like when she sees a rabbit, for instance, but 99.9% of the time it massively reduces pulling. Very occasionally I have to grab the handle when an excitable dog walks past, which is much better than heaving on a collar round the dog’s neck.It looks great too. It has Velcro on both sides for labels - You could stick ‘Rescue’ on there and she would look very professional.
