Love my new gazebo
My husband put together the entire gazebo alone in about a day in a half which he could have completed in day. The instructions weren’t the best but still no issues with assembly. I originally didn’t receive all 3 of the boxes but am happy to say customer service was great and provided me with the missing pieces. I would definitely recommend good quality and price is the best I have seen. My purchase was 12x12 metal gazebo.

Great pavilion.
We’re very pleased with this pavilion, for the low cost the quality is good. It was fairly easy to construct, I put it together mostly by myself (in about a day and a half) with a little help from my wife. Instructions are visual, but are clear and generally easy to follow.

Good gazebo but there are problems with the instructions
I finally finished building gazebo. It took a full day to build by one person. When raising the frame you do need two people. Instructions are OK, but some steps are wrong. The measurements of the floor plan is off too. I made a cement foundation based on the measurement in the image provides. It was incorrect. So I checked the instructions provided for the frame, and the measurements are incorrect too. Also there is a step to screw in the brace for the roof to the frame. This is incorrect too. This caused problems when putting in the roofs and the side edges. Getting the floor even and level are extremely important or you won't be able to erect the gazebo. The end results are well worth it. Finally, the wood is not treated. That means it will rot over time. I plan to weather proof it in a few years to prolong the gazebo.

Assembled by myself in a weekend, but wood quality is worrysome
We were looking for a small shade structure for our 12x12 patio and thought this would be a good choice. It is about the perfect size for our deck as I was able to assemble it on the deck with two ladders and a little ingenuity. One thing that I would say is that when it says to not fully tighten certain bolts until final assembly, DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN them. Now, as far as the actual gazebo and our experience goes with it so far:This comes in four separate and heavy boxes, which was expected. Everything was very well packed and labeled. There are some tools included with the hardware card, you might as well chuck those in the trash and use real hand tools, as they are next to worthless. The instruction manuals are adequate, they could use some more actual written instructions and some better detail on the diagrams. I have DIY experience and was able to figure out creative ways to assemble that didn't require 6 people as some steps state.Aside from a single wood screw stripping out when assembling one of the support pieces, all the hardware was good quality, so I'd give them a plus on that. The instructions and the hardware card match as far as labels on the various screws, washers, bolts, nuts, etc. I wasn't short anything, as there are 2 different hardware cards in the boxes. As far as assembly goes, I was able to put the main frame together in an afternoon, and then I built the roof the following day. I'd say total I spent 12 hours putting it together by myself. You can assemble the roof on top of the frame rather than building it and lifting it onto the frame with 6 people as specified in the manual. Just takes a little creativity to keep it braced properly until you have enough of the structure there so that it doesn't lean or fall. The hardest part of the entire assembly was placing and fastening the roof panels with the provided screws and rubber spacers and then installing the outer "gutter" trim pieces. Having a second set of hands here would have been very helpful.Once it was assembled I was able to secure it to my deck joists using provided hardware and some lag screws I bought at the local hardware store. We just had a pretty nasty storm roll through and it stayed put. Now, for the bad stuff... The wood is, not great. I've had to fill and repair a few places where it's cracked and the adhesive/filler they use to glue the posts together is failing on at least one post already. This has only been up since May. I have another small crack to fill and then I'll be applying an adhesive flashing material to the bottom of each post and the rest of the frame will will be getting sealed with a quality wood water sealer and I'll have to stay on top of maintenance to prevent the posts from getting any worse. Ultimately, I may disassemble this, scrap the wood frame and build a new frame to place the steel roof on.

Great Customer service
We purchased the 10x12 wood gazebo. The gazebo its self is a good product for the cost. It’s pretty easy to put together and decent quality. In my opinion there are some design flaws related to the fasteners spec’d to anchor the roof system to the wood frame. In a good wind storm I don’t see it holding up very well but it’s easily remedied with some construction screws and washers. Inevitably there is going to be some damage due to the shipping companies which was the only downside for me. HOWEVER the real value in this purchase is the customer service. None of the issues with damage were the fault of the seller but they go well above and beyond to remedy all issues. I can’t say enough good about the seller and would recommend the product but especially the seller. Their customer service isn’t something you see much anymore. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. THANK YOU!!!

Not well prepped for putting together
Threads were not made for screws to go in. Distances didn’t measure as noted in interactions for roof to fit. Holes in piles not completely drilled for placing bolts thru. Definitely added work and nightmare for assembling. Company selling didn’t seem to care for feedback to do anything about it.

Love It!!!
Very sturdy and well built. We did not seem to have some of the problems others did. All of the holes were drilled and all of the pieces included. We get a lot of heavy winds and a lot of snow in our area so with winter coming on we are looking forward for this gazebo to hold up in our bad weather.
