Underbust (band) Measurement - measure with the tape around your body underneath your breasts with the tape laying flat against your ribcage and held firmly, making sure to keep the measuring tape horizontal. Overbust (bust) Measurement - measure with the tape around your body and across the fullest part of your bust, making sure to keep the tape horizontal around your body, and ensure that you are not compressing the breast tissue whilst measuring (not too tight). The cup size is estimated by subtracting your Underbust measurement from your Overbust measurement (ie Overbust measurement in inches MINUS Underbust measurement in inches).
