Portable Air Conditioner, Evaporative Air Cooler in 3 Speed, USB Air Personal Conditioner with LED Light for Home Office

my first unit severely leaked from first use and damaged my furniture. I contacted Amazon who sent a replacement unit but required I drop off the faulty unit at UPS. The second unit arrived yesterday and when I opened it, the product packaging was damaged, and the power cord didn’t fit correctly in the port and is a usb connection with no power block/plug. Additionally, the trays on both are very hard to slide out and the vent blades fall off easily while trying to extend tray for filter removal and insertion. The top flap of the replacement unit I received was snapped off and unfixable. Also, the second unit had extreme off gassing and smells worse than a brand new pool floating. I use these units in a small bedroom and am sensitive to scents and wouldn’t mention it except for the fact that the first unit didn’t smell anything like this. Lastly, the second unit turned on once and then wouldn’t turn on again. I even tried another cord I own of the same type with no luck. I have had evaporative cooling units I liked in the past, but this model & manufacture are awful.

Doesn't cool much better than your ordinary fan. It leaks water also.

Most of the reviews are for recycling waste baskets. This is a review of the small AC unit.It works well if you can place it near you such as a desk or end table.I tested it with a digital thermometer about three feet away and in about half an hour it lowered the temperature about seven degrees. I use it in conjunction with my window AC which is end of life and it did keep my face and shoulders cool when it was close by. It is not noisy and does have some cool LED colors.

I can’t believe this piece of junk is even sold. It failed miserably at everything it was supposed to do. It doesn’t blow cold air. It certainly doesn’t cool a room either. And it leaks water like a sieve. It’s an absolute waste of money. Don’t bother even trying it. If someone else says it works they are on ya paid shill. Don’t believe them.

Doesn't cool at all. Even added ice to water. Not worth it. Doesn't even drop the temperature in room by 1 degree. Just works like a fan.

Great for the price

Good in concept but does not work well. First, I was left with a pool of water around the cooler after using it. I had to move it from my desk to my sink to avoid having water everywhere. I also felt like my room became humid instead of cooled. Not gonna use it.
