I've been using mine for over a year at this point and still sleep well with it every night. Works great for multiple sleeping positions and offering support where it's needed while keeping pressure off my ears. Small enough to travel well while still providing support. I was not expecting to love this little pillow as much as I do. I got it because I had gotten three helix piercings, two in my right ear and one in the left. For a week I tried sleeping on my hands but grew tired of that. So I searched the old Amazon and found this little pillow. I did not have any expectations. I was blown away by how well I slept the first night! I have been a memory foam pillow snob for the last 20 years or so and this pillow that's not even the size of my head rocked my world.I sleep with a smartwatch that monitors how well I sleep. For YEARS I would only get 10-12 minutes of deep sleep per night. With this little pillow, I get 45-60 minutes each night! Incredible. I feel rested every day. I sleep on my back and both sides. On the few occasions I switch position at night, I somehow manage to move the pillow with me.Even more incredibly - I don't snore as badly as I used to!It also helps keep my new piercings from getting squished and they're healing nicely.GET THIS PILLOWYou won't regret it

I used this pillow for a year until my conch piercing healed. I added more stuffing to mine as soon as I got it. , It served its purpose. I didn’t have any ripping issues like other reviews showed.

I love my pillow helps with neck support and I can be comfortable sleeping on my sides without having to worry about my pierced ear touching the pillow and hurting. 10/10 recommend and I have both my herlix pierced so it was a need to get this pillow

Provides relief from my cauliflower ear from BJJ when I sleep. I put it on top of a thin pillow to provide some extra neck support and it's perfect.

I absolutely love this pillow. I have multiple industrial and helix piercings, and now I can't live without this pillow. I have had mine for about 1 1/2 years and I never sleep without it-I never leave it home when I travel. It is the perfect firmness. Any firmer would be uncomfortable to sleep on, less firm would not be enough support. Did I say I love this pillow? It's even good when sleeping on my back-when I have a pillow that is too soft I place the donut pillow on top for additional support.

Works well for newly pierced ears but I have found that it flattens pretty quick
