A heartening story to read in times where Customer Centricity is often forgotten by Companies!The search for a Headlamp for my road bike ended with this Victgoal 400 Lumens USB Headlamp. A firm mount coupled with ease of operations & Super Bright Lighting - this products certainly lived up to its claim. The light is really bright and the road visible clearly even in Pitch dark conditions. This often puts other lights in it's category to shame & clearly stands out for the price point and the fact that a equally powerful tail light comes with the pack. In short - anyone who uses this will love it and vouch for it.The twist in the tale came when after 3 - 4 months, the light developed some problem & stopped working. Thoroughly disappointed that I could not use this wonderful product any longer & that the Amazon return window of ~ 10 days had also elapsed, i looked up for the VICTGOAL & wrote them an e mail to their Customer Care E mail. Much to my surprise, I was promptly contacted by their Customer Service team, asking me to provide artifacts so that the company could investigate the problem. Since the product was within their 1 year Warranty period of the manufacturer, the company decided to extend this benifit and within a month - VICTGOAL turned around and ensured that a brand new piece of the Headlamp was shipped to me !!! Goes without saying - my joy knew no bounds receiving the product this week.More than the product being replaced, I am deeply touched by the gesture that VICTGOAL has displayed and speaks a lot about the brand and it's Ethics - especially in an era where Customer Grievances are hardly given any heed. Kudos to VICTGOAL Team for such a wonderful Customer Delight Experience! Could not control myself from sharing this story to the many other users who may be looking for a great Product like the Headlamp and a great Company such as VICTGOAL. Keep up the great work!!!

Used for 4 days - Quick term review1. HeadlightA. Weight - perfect for bicycle, not bulkyB. Finish - excellent, the charging point is underneath which protects thes same during splashes \ rains. The rubber tie could have been of better quality.C. Ease of fixing - Easy & quickD. Brightness - 4 modes - no other light comes with a strobe mode (warning), possibly the best in this price rangeE. Firmness - not very firm, moves when going over bumpy roads - a good product with a very poor rubber strapF. Battery life - max 4-5hrs on low brightnessG. Charging time - 3 - 3.5hrsRear light - the rubber cover have way after 4 days of use - PatheticA. Build Quality - not greatB. Material - PlasticC. Switch - Flimsy rubberD. Fixation band - not great, difficult to putE. Brightness 🔆 - Good, lasts 5hrs easilyF. Charge time - 30-40minsIf the seller is serious, ideally feedback with the company should be shared with the manufacturer.

Researched a lot before buying this light. My main requirements were:- Brightness (had a tiny BTwin rechargeable light before this since ~10 yrs, and it would only brighten up to 5 mtr. Got scary at night esp on potholed roads or when animals popped up in front)- Simple design - funky features like turning lights, beeper are not that useful and only reduce robustness of the device in my opinion. I also don't like them aesthetically- Robust - I hope to use these for years in bad weather and allLiked about this:- Brightness - OMG! I freaked out when I first used it. Its description said 400 lumens, I didn't believe it (my older one was 15 lumens). But it really is! On a dark night when I lighted it up from my terrace I could see the beam light up a house over 300 mtr away!! It actually is brighter than most scooty lights :D Even the low-power mode of 150 lumens seems too bright some times.- Beam formation - Excellent! Diffused light in the immediate front and sides (~3 mtr). Rectangular beam - won't come in incoming traffic's eyes when set at correct height.- Build quality of light - Solid aluminium, simple design. Pretty good!Cons:- Expensive - you pay for what you are getting.- Cycle mount - looks basic, not too bad but not at par with the light. I hope it lasts reasonably well.- Gets warm immediately - but shouldn't be an issue since Aluminium housing should work as a good heat sink.Haven't checked:- Battery life (claimed ~20 hrs in flash, 9+ hr in full brightness, ~13 hrs in half brightness if I remember right)- Water proofing - charging points are covered by thick rubber plugs which hopefully hold. (Note: I have put a tape on the rubber button just to be sure :P )Back light:- It is complimentary, so not going in detail. But it looks decent, has many lighting types, is quite bright and has a pretty strong rubber mount. It can also rotate around its axis so that it can be mounted on, eg, your backpack.- Quality is basic but decent, hope it lasts for a bit.

Gives a wide view on the road. Very broad light. The negative point is the Headlamp lasted for 2 years and tail lamp lasted for one year only. The battery was dead after that. Use only slow charger to charge the light.
