Product is very good but hand rest made of thin plastic.but over all is a good product.

I have been using a model of this chair for past 3 years, never had any issues. The durability and comfort it offers in this budget are the reasons why I recently decided to make the same choice again.

Good comfortable chair

The plastic used in the chair is of very cheap quality and very fragile. There is no after sales services even during warranty period they refuses to change the defective part. They only fooling we peoples on the name of 3 years warranty. My product's Hydraulic suspension is also not working properly, it always goes down to the base,the pressure is leaked always. Don't go for this product. Only after a month chair goes loose and producing cracking sound. And they asked costumers to give 5 stars that the new costumers becomes fool who want to purchase.

Easy to install and comfortable for long hours sitting..

I expected a comfortable and flawless chair but this is just okay.Got it at a very good priceBut it is not greatly comfortableCustomer service is just okay which needs to improve greatlyInstallation was not simpleMissing screwsSpare parts needed change as the original was defectiveWheels were defective, new are not that great to be very honestChair mechanism had to be replaced and received a damaged oneBut all the above is subjective.May be they have sent bad chair to the rural area considering no one will raise any complaints
